Purchased this thermostat as a gift to match a previously installed same model thermostat. It has performed as represented and expected.

Easy to install and had a question about the unit i called tech support and they were super helpful fixed my issue with a easy adjustment and help me adjust my app.

Best product out there. Installation instruction is pretty straight forward and easy to follow. The price is very competitive but, I think they should lower it down.

This I the best. It does everything nice. When I get home the house is cool and once I leave it change the temperature. Nice birthday gift to myself.

This is my 1st smart thermostat so I have nothing to compare my experience to. The unit once setup has worked great. I love that I can control it anywhere with my phone. It'll give you reminders to change your filter and provide annual service. The only issue I had was during the initial setup it did took multiple attempts for it to get it to connect to the internet. The location of the thermostat had a strong signal and I have connected multiple devices to the internet before without issue, but for some reason this unit was being stubborn. I ended up calling the customer service # which was very quick to answer and help, but the process and troubleshooting tips they game me I had already tried. Eventually on one the attempts it connected and its been good ever since.

What an amazing thermostat! I love the integrated Alexa and the setup process was very easy to follow. Much better than the Honeywell it replaced. Would recommend!!

Great product, compatibility with humidifiers needs improvement.

Occupancy sensor a bit finicky at times. But overall happy with the product.

I don't understand how i was functioning without this. I control this from my phone in my bed room when i get too cold or too hot

So far so good. I like the interface. Too early to compare to the Nest.

Love the look ! Difficult hooking up Echo for voice command.

Is better than the 4th gen. Faster processor. And microphones are better

Love this unit. I had the Nest before and had issues. Now I have the best, Ecobee, Love it and easy to use.

Love the thermostat design looks nice and it is easy to install. The only problem I had was how to figure out to set the thermostat to temperature with the sensor. Not instructions at all about that.

Replace two Ring thermostats with the eco bee Smart Thermostats and love the ease of use. In addition, the reporting capabilities far surpass that of Nest.

I love the voice activated love the fact that works with Alexa. I would recommend this to anyone. It was also very easy set for me.

Easy to use and lets me know what temperature is outside and in my other rooms great buy

Our Ecobee has been a huge help in maintaining our overall temperature. We have some rooms that get so hot during the day and the Ecobee has been great at sensing the temperature of those rooms where we put the sensors to help maintain a more comfortable overall temperature. Our thermostat is in our hallway where there are no direct windows, but our front two rooms are in direct sunlight. It was always a struggle trying to find a balance, Ecobee does that now on it’s own. We have set up home and away preferences and can tell it is doing it’s job.

Very easy to install and setup. Had one question on functionality, and ecobee customer support was excellent.

Great system, and while on the pricy side, worth it for the features and benefits. Stays connected, and supplies a great benefit.
