Have had the first generation at my previous home and no issues at all. Just installed this generation at my new home and loving it.

Nice little thermostat. Incorporates into my home network I never use the Alexa part because I'm a Google type guy. I did try it when I first got the thermostat and it works though nothing real special.

Best thing since sliced bread, easy to use, but get a professional to install to your AC unit if you don’t understand.

Great thermostat. I had an ecobee at my last house and it was great so bought another when I moved. Good deal when combined with energy rebate

Recently moved to a new home and chose Ecobee for our smart thermostat. Enjoy this far more than the Nest thermostat preinstalled in our previous home. No matter how many times we tried to adjust the temperature schedule to meet our needs, Nest always tried to override it. Ecobee is more accurate and provides far more detail on HVAC operations and tracking savings. Love that you can also add additional sensors for other rooms to adjust the climate for where you are instead of at the thermostat in a hall.

Had a Nest before. Tried this one and though it's a bit more complicated it seems to works better than the Nest.

Love love love this thermostat. Works flawlessly and I love the ability to connect to HomeKit too.

Really impressed with EcoBee. Replaced my Nest 1st generation when it began thinking for itself. Love the room sensors! Easy to install.

The voice control will be the best feature for my wife. We have other Ecobee products and always pleased.

East to install. Easy to setup. Doesn't have self learning like the Nest but the sensors help with the effeciency. Overall, i'm pleased.

I bought this over the Nest because of the features it packs. It has more detailed utility usage data, it comes with an extra sensor for use in a separate room and it has Alexa built in. I find that I don’t use the Alexa feature and had to turn it off because it did not use Echo Spatial Perception at the time of purchase. I have other devices in my house and whenever I asked Alexa to do something, this device would hear my voice and butt in. This is easy to correct by turning off this feature and it does not compromise the rest of the functions. The app works seamlessly over wifi or phone data. I highly recommend this Smart thermostat if you’re in the market for one.

So far, we love our ecobees. This is our 2nd unit. Very easy install & good online support if you have issues. Great product.
