More difficult to set than Nest Thermostat

Ran new wiring from my furnace and relocated the thermostat in the living room. Due to the current restrictions due to Covid, am not spending a lot of time out of the house so cannot say how well the unit will function when it determines the house is unoccupied. Have used with Alexa voice control and has worked as expected.

We moved our kitchen Alexa to another room and use this instead. The data logging alone is worth the purchase price. We replaced an ancient mercury based thermostat with this and the next month the power bill was $130 lower. Simply from changing the thermostat. YMMV, but in our case it paid for itself in less than 3 months
