It is wierd that it only tracks when the primary account holder comes/goes from the house, but it still performs well. Setup took me a while to figure out that I had another power box in my furnace with wiring that needed to be adjusted. But now it's working great. Thermostat is scheduled for different temp depending on the time of day. Excellent.

This unit is easy to use and works great remotely. Installation didnt work. Had one wire on the wrong terminal. Called Ecobee support and the tech had it figured out immediately and had me move to the correct terminal. Great technical and responsive support.

The sensors are great at ensuring nobody is at home in a room. I found a great feature the other day! You can play music from them, and it actually sounds good! We used them for a party we had so we were able to have spooky halloween music in places where we didnt have speakers!
