The newer version of an already excellent thermostat. Remote sensors are great for balancing temperatures in different areas of the house as needed. Integrates well with Smartthings, Alexa, and Google Home.

A little difficult to install bc my house is older. Had to get on the phone with ecobee support and they were great! Stayed on the line and walked me through the installation process until everything was on and working.

The best thermostat out there. Better than the google and nest options with more features for less money. The room temperature monitor is a separate purchase with most of those other brands but is included with this one.

The smart features on this thermostat are great. It’s easily the best thermostat when it comes to working with Alexa. It also has great in-depth eco settings for maintaining your desired temperatures inside your home.

Love the ecobee and how you can make the customizations to help suite you. I like how you can change the temperature from the app. The main down side is that sometimes when there is a alert or some thing then the ecobee kind of freezes and so does the hvac.

I was kind of skeptical at first part of the reason being that I do not like to upgrade with technology. But I am very pleased at the convenience that this product has provided.

I owned this product about a month and havent had any issues with. The setup and and wiring was very easy because of the instructions that came woth it. I love it better than more Nest Gen 2 that died.

Even if you don't use the "learning" and "eco" capabilities of this thermostat, the algorithmic learning of your hvac system and how to apply AC to get the best results is worth the price alone.

We have use this before and it’s a great product it does what it says keeps temperature good. We are adding this to a second unit in our house so we can control temperatures upon the second and third floor.

Relatively easy install....even without a common wire. Nice looking, small unit. Easy to connect to Alexa and control via phone, voice, etc. Automatically controls temp at night, when away ec. Happy so far.

The thermostat works well. The remote device seems to use batteries too quickly and we tend to ignore the error messages about the low battery. The Alexa communication with the thermostat has not been very effective.

I’ve tried other Smart Thermostats, which were complicated to install. As well as difficult to program. Not to mention connection problems, constantly dropping WiFi signal. No such issue here with Ecobee.

One of the best smart home purchases I have made. Not only did it cut down on my energy use, I now can control the temperature in my home for anywhere!!!! I’m using it with Amazon Alexa.

Grate upgrade from my old nest thermostat! This unit looks better, has more features, works better with my HVAC system and works with the Apple Home Kit system!

Replaced old thermostat. Had to do a little online research on wiring, but just had a/c maintenance and service tech said I wired it correctly. Works with Apple HomeKit.

Ecobee smart thermostat is a real deal. I have been able to save some bucks. The ability to change settings from my phone is a plus. Highly recommended

Simple install. Simple setup. Louder than i expected for anything that says Alexa connected. Only downfall so far is that the extra room sensors have been impossible to get since i installed this - and id prefer each room to have one.

Great thermostat for HomeKit and Siri. Only issue with it was it was a little difficult to install, and the temperature reading was 2 degrees higher than the replacement.

I've had the thermostat for almost a month. It has lots of features, however learning how to utilize them is not very easy. I have figured out how to keep the house fairly comfortable by trial and error, but I am not confident that I know what I am doing.
