I love the fact that I can control the the temperature of my home from anywhere in the world especially when I’m not there! Plus it’s user friendly when I’m in the Apple HomeKit App.

Love this thermostat! Once I was able to get it to work properly via ecobee not best buy it works and spreads the heat and ac evenly throughout the house!

Love it works better than my nest. Nest lasted a year I bought this claimed warranty on nest an got a new one gave it to my daughter. They love it.

Great product. Doesnt support all alexa can do and has issues with Spotify more specifically cant stop music playing while in Spotify. Does allow me to switch to a radio station and then stop the music. Imagine these issues will be addressed in updates.

Easy setup and easy to use! Nicely surprised by the built-in speaker. Mobile app is great too. Highly recommend, especially for people trying to replace one-way thermostats.

Ive had both the nest and ecobee3 in the past... I prefer the ecobee overall. Its not perfect though. Sometimes it doesnt register changes to settings made through your phone (the app). The ecobee online dashboard is a good tool (through ecobee.com).

Was looking for a smart thermostat to replace my old Nest, I purchased this for the HomeKit support and it’s been great. I don’t use the Alexa features but it’s nice to have.

This would be my second one I buy in a few years. We love them so much in our homes that we had to have it where ever we lived. It make your life so much easier.

Good thermostat.At times it disconnect wifi and alexa disables.It automatically correct itself.It really save energy bills.

Got this guy to upgrade non-smart thermostat. Easy integration into Apple Homekit. The smart sensor is great for keeping those home warm spots comfortable.

I was having trouble with the Google Nest thermostat not heating even though it was orange which indicates working. Purchased the ecobee and problem solved.

The best smart thermostat on the market. Nest is an excellent thermostat however Ecobee beats it hands down in the statistics recording. Likewise, Ecobee comes with Alexa built in.

This is my second. I just upgraded to the newest. Not a big fan of the product software update several months ago. All in all, this is a good product

Love it! Way better than the Nest. Geofence is awesome! Far more customization options and monthly reports into usage.

The reason For 3 stars because since I changed my thermostat my electricity bill went up , first I did was to contact support from ecobee to help with the wiring because I could mix the wires ,which wore right. To make more efficient I did purchase 2 extra wall sensor and 2 doors sensors, ,now still my electric bill are little bit high, I contacted the electricity company they give a a nasty answer and mentioned I did not purchase this thermostat from them so I’m not in the program where they control the thermostat, So question, WHY THEY SELL IN STORES IF IS NOT TO DO THE WORK?

This thermostat is the best one in the market.It comes with a lot of features.Plus you get a discount from your utility company if you apply for the comfort zone

It’s excellent! The extra sensors make a huge difference in the regulation of a home even if you lack a zoned system. Tried the Nest but it’s amateur hour comparatively.

I was looking at the nest, but after reading a ton of reviews decided to purchase the ecobee. I love it! It plays music, can be controlled with Alexa, and is so easy to use!

BE CAREFUL!!! I did some extensive research before purchasing this product. Keep in mind it may not be compatible with your furnace electronics. It eventually cost an additional $500.00 for the services of a licensed electrician. He had to install an electronic transfer to get the C wire to function. Even after the installation, we discovered that the instruction manual was wrong. The wires needed to be connected to terminals that were not the ones in the instructions. Perhaps the competitor's products would have the same inaccuracies.

This Ecobee looks great on the wall work well with AI. But I have repair man after repair man by the way professionals heating and Air installing the unit. Correctly.
