Great product!! easy to install and looks awesome.

Love this thermostat, it has MANY functions. Connects into my Google smart home nicely, easily. Came with an additional sensor, so I know the temperature in another part of the house, even tells you the temperature outside. Highly recommend this.

I decided to replace my dumb came-with-the-house thermostat with one I could at least run scheduling on. Installing it was easy enough and ecobee’s support helped me with one wire the diagrams didn’t quite cover (aux heat). Controlling it has been easy and adding it to Alexa & Homekit was painless. The included sensor works well for making sure my bedroom stays at the temp I want while sleeping. I don’t really see it saving me significantly on my power bill, but your power situation may vary widely from mine. Scheduling was easy through the app and voice control through Alexa & Siri has worked well. I’m glad I bought it!

This smart thermostat is well worth every penny i paid. Alexa tells me jokes every morning keeps me upto date on the weather. I go by it just to talk to Alexa, man i love her. I really don't understand why i waited so long to get a smart thermostat. It was very easy to install. I thoroughly recommend the Ecobee.

My mother in law is blind. We bought this as a Christmas gift for her because she was having trouble using the new thermostat in her home. Now with this thermostat all she has to do is speak to it to set the temp where she wants it. I wish other products in her home would help the handicap with speak-able technology as well.

This is a great thermostat I have had a nest thermostat for years. I wanted to get a HomeKit comparable thermostat and this one works great. Easy to install, and the app is very well designed. This one has a Alexa as well but as I said I use HomeKit by Apple so have that feature off. I would highly recommend!!

Easy to installed and easy to use Compact appearance

If you already have Alexis speakers this is the thermostat to get as it includes Alexa and therefore can be used as an additional speaker in your hallway. Even if you have Google Assistant or Apple home kit this includes a extra thermostat sensor which rivals such as nest do not include and charge for.

We have 2 AC units for our house. So, I purchased 2 of these Ecobee thermostats. They have been great to coordinate the temperature throughout the house. The sensors are also helpful to manage the temperature. Having access to the house temperature from my phone is very nice, especially on a cold morning.

Simple to install and looks great Would recommend

I reviewed several smart thermostats and all reviews led me to Ecobee. This particular model comes with a smart sensor that can be placed in another part of your house. By having additional sensors, ecobee can better regulate your house's temperature. For example, it will take the temperature from all sensors (including the thermostat) and average out the temperature in the house. You can control the thermostat remotely with your Android or iOS device. The only issue that I have had with the app is that it won't see the thermostat randomly. I'm not sure why this occurs since my internet has not gone down and it's about 20 feet away from the router. Lastly, PG&E offers a $50 rebate. Your electric company may do the same. Look into it! I would avoid Nest products since reviews are inconsistent and their sensors don't have the best reviews either.

This thermostat is the best Smart Thermostat on the market. Ecobee continues to update their products with updated releases as well as firmware updates. Nest thermostats have a lot of issues being integrated into smart/connected homes with automation, and dont offer compatibility with Apple Homekit. The Ecobee also comes with a room sensor, something youll have to pay extra for to get one from Nest. On top of all this, it also had a speaker and Alexa capabilities if you so choose to use that, its a nice integration, but not something that had to be utilized if your against Alexa. I wish there were different options when it comes to the color of the device, but as for functionality, nothing comes close to this thermostat, it will work with most Heating and Cooling systems, installation and setup is a breeze, and it performs exactly how its supposed to....dependably...no ‘ghost’ changes of temp like with other smart thermostats on the market, no manipulation of the actual in house temp like other smart thermostats on the market. Highly recommend!

Love this thermostat - we live in a split level home with the thermostat downstairs and the room sensor upstairs; makes life easier to be able to adjust temperature via the phone app. Plus the room sensor constantly tracks the temperature in the room and can automatically adjust accordingly.

I have had multiple generations of the ecobee and decided to go with the new one in the new house. Super easy setup and packed with great functions, I have always loved the multiple sensors and follow me that averages temp throughout the house. It works great with only homes with one zone or thermostat

I have upgraded from ecobee 3 mainly because this used dual band WiFi and some other improvements. It was a 15 minute install time. I took more time to use the screw anchors in the wall, had to use the plate to hide the holes behind. It would look lot better without big plate. Once connected it powered up, have tested air conditioning running, added old sensor and new sensor to system. One suggestion, If sensor don’t get connected just take battery out and put it back again, it will connect right away. Alexa works fine, speaker is very loud and clean sound, I guess you can play music through Spotify without any issue. I have not tried it yet but have linked accounts Overall very good execution hardware and software both. I have new HVAC system installed so everything new now. There are local rebates which makes it better deal.

Was easy to install clear instructions and has videos as well for a visual guide. Once hooked up was easy to configure and connect to. Along with a easy to understand app. In all I like the product only thing is how light it feels kinda makes it feel like a cheap plastic toy but still enjoy it.

This by far was the easiest thermostat to install ever. The app does a step by step walkthrough on what needs to do. I had guest over and they love the music that can be played from it as well. Great value for what you pay. I will be getting another one for my other HVAC unit upstairs.

Setup was easy, just follow the directions. had to run a C (common) wire. Thermostat reads 3 degrees Fahrenheit too high. The unit runs slightly warm. Temperature can be adjusted, but that does not create an accurate reading since the unit temp varies with use. The display should have an option to turn off.

So happy that i purchased my ecobee smart thermostat. I enjoy the functions of the ecobee. It has some really cool features. Awesome investment. Thinking of purchasing one for your home? STOP PROCRASTINATING, GO AHEAD AND MAKE THAT PURCHASE!! YOU WON'T REGRET IT!!

Shopped around all the different thermostats available and this one was the best for our needs. It even plays music on it! We love the wireless thermostat and it is very easy to use. Complete system!
