Bought this as a gift for my wife instead of the more expensive IRobot. She is extremely satisfied with it. Says she is giving them for Christmas presents next year.

After a few weeks of use the bot lost one of its spinners. Thankfully there was a spare.

The ECOVACS ROBOTICS - DEEBOT VACUUM was easy to setup right out-of-the-box. It was packaged real well and instructions were large, easy to follow, and with very limited steps … basically only two steps … attached the 2 three-pronged brushes to the bottom of the DEEBOT and then plug in it’s Charger and put unit on it. I have other robots, but this one has the lightest weight of them, but does not skimp on it’s ability to clean! After charging the unit about an hour (... I had a solid blue light on top...), I did my first automatic cleaning. My dog is a little sensitive to "things running around the floor", but this robot was quiet and didn’t seem to bother her … a real PLUS because she “runs to mama” and hides under my feet. The DEEBOT easily traversed the travertine flooring to wood to area rugs, and didn't get hung up. It was very quiet and did a great job of cleaning my “already clean” floors. It picked up a lot of dust and dog hair that was unseen to the naked eye. It did a really good job of picking up some dog chewy crumbs off the carpet, which are always a problem because they get stuck in the carpet. The DEEBOT did a good job of transitioning from tile to wood floor and got all the dust and didn’t leave “streaks” where it might have missed some on the wood. Each time I use DEEBOT, I’m impressed with the cleaning it does. It’s also quite fast versus the other robots I have … it definitely wins the speed race when cleaning my large downstairs living area. The robot's battery ran a long time – much longer than the other robots I have. I lost track of it a couple of times because it was farthest away from where I was working, and once it got stuck on a small bathroom throw rug which ran the battery out. After picking DEEBOT up, carrying to kitchen to dump the really full trash bin, I set it down on the kitchen floor (not where it had been) and (using the remote), told DEEBOT to return to HOME (the charger). Hands down, the DEEBOT is the best of my robots when finding it’s “home” … especially after you’ve picked it up and moved it a long distance from where it died. There was no hesitation … DEEBOT immediately returned home and started recharging. The robot travels all over my downstairs cleaning vs my other robots that want to stay in one room or small area before “moving on” to the rest of my downstairs. I’m very impressed with the different “room cleaning options” DEEBOT has … much better than the other robots. I think, overall, the DEEBOT is a timesaver, picking up the large amount of dust and fuzz that seems to accumulate on my floors since we live in the dessert and I always have my back slider open and things continually blow in. It is a very nice cleaning product and is now my favorite of my three robots!

So far this little gem has been working great! I was able to set a schedule easily and it's very easy to empty the bin.

Bought this to try it out before purchasing a more expensive brand. Works wonderful. We have a long hair large breed dog, rugs, hardwood, etc. & it works great!

I like it and it does the trick. The only downside is that it gets stuck on higher pile carpet

Highly recommended. I just love this bot. It helps tremendously with keeping my home free of dog hair.

Been using another robotic vacuum for two years, and wanting another on any floor. But this one is for sure a mistake. Not only it won’t go through the whole place, it actually simply just keeps rotating only in the laundry room and not knowing how to get out from the room. And if it also somehow not able to Go Home. Can’t imagine leaving it to work by itself on a setup schedule. Don’t waste your time and of course money in getting this. But of course BestBuy would let me returned this without questions.

Awesome value. Have had for over 2 years. Runs everyday. Finally had to replace battery recently but good to go again!

It works well for how cheap it is. Save your money and maybe invest something more expensive that will last long. I have to keep monitoring the vacuum because it keeps getting caught to something, its a little loud too.

Looks good, nice brown color looks better than the black; seems to be up to the job.

It’s ok, limited uses, should have bought an upright. Dog is scared of it

Pros: It does vacuum and gets most crumbs and dust off of a hard floor and a rug. It does get up on the rug without problem. It's fun to watch. Cons: It has a pretty variable pattern. It doesn't get to every inch of your floor and will not get under or close to the cabinets. It doesn't go home on its own. I have to pick it up and return to home.

Used for nearly a year, so far so good. Still running but it is dumb sometimes

I was pessimistic this was going to work, but I was wrong. Works great. Only got stuck twice(under chest of drawers). I was amazed on how well it worked.

Great product. Pickups good and moves around the room not staying in one spot. I would recommend this product.

Works well however my 1st one died after 6 weeks I returned it no problem and got new one

I have 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs. Super helpful with keeping pet hair in check.
