In order to connect to wi fi I had to call Eero (my wi fi service) to set my signal to 2.4ghz. They sat on the phone with me the whole time and time after time I got "set up failed". Then I called Ecovacs and their customer service almost verbatim gave me the set up instructions from the app. Totally useless. I tried for about 2 hours to connect to wi fi and said screw it. I took it back and got an iRobot instead.

Great for price BUT...

It functioned fine for the time I had it. By the time I contacted the customer service department, it is just over a year (three weeks past the year of warranty). The representative said it was out of warranty, but when I pointed out it was less then a few weeks past warranty, said he would send a request to some other part of the company if they will make an exception. I will post an update if they help. Absence of an update means they did not.

Consistent with pattern cleaning. Appears to becoming more efficient as time goes and it learns the area. Future review may lead to higher scoring.

Have to be careful with cords on floor. It is a nice gap cleaning tool but still have to use big vacuum to really get the floors clean.
