Does an ok job of cleaning, but dies 4 out of 5 times when returning back to base to recharge. Not sure if it is because area square footage is about 1700 Square feet. I think this would work well for areas of 1000 square feet or less. Do not recommend if more than that.

It's a Christmas gift for my daughter so it hasn't been opened yet.

I would not recommend this vacuum. It is one of the cheaper options, but you definitely get what you are paying for. First of all it is advertised as being app controlled and I was never able to get it to connect to the app. It gets stuck every 30 seconds under the couch, on the transitions between floors, under the refrigerator, etc. It will get stuck, I’ll go move it, and not even a minute later it’s beeping again stuck in the exact same spot! It also does a horrible job cleaning. It randomly bounces around off walls/furniture missing soo many spots. I would definitely recommend spending a little more money for a roomba. After throwing my deebot off my porch, I got a roomba and couldn’t be happier with it. This vacuum was a complete waste of money. Don’t waste your time/money.

I was excited about it, grabbed as a Best Buy Black Friday deal. Sat til Christmas then we plugged it in, worked great for two weeks then stopped. Past the return date for Best Buy... Sucks to be in my shoes apparently. So, I can only recommend product to anyone whose life is going a little too well and needs a headache .

I hate this thing. Non stop problems with it and the ecovacs company offers no help or solutions. When it actually works i like it, its just rare that emot ever functions as it should

At first I thought this was a great choice. It worked so well at first that I purchased a second one as a gift, however after a few months it started to malfunction daily. The Ecovacs company was no help with fixing it.

Good vaccum. It does a good job of picking up dirt, lint, hair, fuzz, small items. My house is a landmine of items. My house consists of 2 adults, 2 kids, 2 dogs, and a cat. So there is always sweeping that needs to be done. I setup the robot on my main floor. So there are 3 entry doors. The floors consist of hard wood with several area rugs. The rugs are either loop carpet or a semi-shag style(kinda thick). There are always shoes, toys, legos etc on the floor. The main floor consists of the following rooms - Living RM, Office, Kitchen, breakfast nook, dining room, foyer, bathroom, hall, utility room. The vacuum was very easy to setup. Pretty much just plug in the charger base and remove the plastics. The phone app was very simple as well. I use Android. I didn't use the scheduled service, but did use the app away from home several times to start the cleaning! As I would think of it once I left the house! This worked very well. And the mode and battery life was displayed on the app. The vacuum navigates pretty well. Only complaint I have so far is that you need to clean it after every running. Wish the trash container were just a tad larger. And the only time it got stuck is on my dogs bed! Otherwise, it has been a very solid machine and always made back to charger. I did ding a star for the following: app could include some more functions. I'm a geek and like to know run time, charge time, last location(don't want to search for it if battery dies). floor mapping. For the price though, its a solid device and will definitely get the job done! Highly recommended if you are in the market for such a product!!

We had the black one like this for 3 plus years. Our 4yr old rode it. It got kicked. Dropped this and that and still works. We got this white one. And it seems to break more.

Does OK on hardwood. Could do better pattern for cleaning.

Vacuum was good, getting protection plan is a must because when used almost everyday, the battery lasted around 10 months before dying completely. It was bought in February and died in December.

Having to return due to malfunction of the robot.......

Its a very average product. Gets stuck under the couch somehow and now it has scratches all over the top of it. It also gets stuck to the runner rug. Would've thought for 179.99 the product would be a little smarter than it is.

I have had this for a year and a half. I have taken care of it, cleaned it and done all the maintenance required. Now the battery will stay charged. I use it for 5 min and it dies. I called their support and they said the warranty is done and there is nothing they can do. Advise your friends to stay away from this product and this company. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. Avoid like the plague

I bought Robots vacuum and I thought it working good but I disappoint this vacuum you have to use remote and follow all the time so what the mine a robot if you follow all tha time .

It was working fine but within one year of purchase, it now only works for 15mins and then battery dies. I have no idea what suddenly occurred. Need support from manufacturer.

Bought it back in April 2020 have had to send it in for repair 2 times now. It’s not a smart robot at all and good luck finding it’s way back to base.

The vacuum works great, but for some reason it just starts up in the middle of the night. I have looked at the settings and the timer is not on, so I dont know why its doing this. I will return it for a Ibot.
