The vacuum I affectionately called Robbie was confused when I selected that he go home. He kept going around the rooms going over the same areas. Sigh. And I had become so attached. Not worth the money.

I have a roomba in another home and it works well, this one seems to keep cleaning the same area over and over without moving on. I always gets stuck in the same spot and doesn't give me notifications.

No issue with vaccum function issue I'd say say is the smart aspect of it haven't been able to program app due needing 2.4ghz wifi when I'm using Google WiFi mesh. Unable to select it with today believe they should be both 2.4ghz and 5 ghz compatible.

The wifi connection feature seems to malfunction after about 1 year of use. We've tried every recommended solution, but it's apparently just a defect in this specific model.

This thing sucks in a good way! I owned a Roomba at 2x the price and this works even better.

Good value for the price point. Does a good job of cleaning hardwood and and low carpets. Quiet enough to run at night

Picks up trash and dirt pretty well. Gets stuck infrequently, so it's not a big deal when it does.

This is my first time owning a robot vacuum and after using it for the first time, I was very glad I got the it! Truly a lifesaver (in terms of cleaning the entire house). After opening the box, I put batteries in the remote and turned it on without reading the instructions and it started cleaning. While it's doing it's job (very thoroughly), I was reading the instructions and learned I should've charged it first for 4 hours because using it for the first time. My bad.. But it did run for several minutes with no sign of low battery. I've been using the unit for about a week and a half now and it is still doing great. I had to clean the hairs that got stuck and dust during my first use but since using it regularly, I did not have to clean the unit as much. It got stuck under our recliner twice since the bottom of the chair is a little inclined, but otherwise, it ran smoothly on thin carpets and rugs. It cleaned our carpets and rugs very thoroughly, removing all the hairs and other various particles. It has started to learn the setup in our home and now knows how to return to his charging station. I have not tried connecting it with our Google Home, but the way I have set it up currently (schedules, cleaning mode, etc.) has been perfect for our cleaning needs in our small apartment. This brand is cheaper than other more popular brands but this does the job perfectly which I like. No more tiring weekend cleaning the floors for us!
