    It vacuums and mops well. However, it gets stuck often and I have to reboot it about 2x a month. It loses its map and have to start all over with the map process.

    This is not worth the money as I thought selecting a more expensive product would yield better results and it does not. Floor is still dirty after use so still have to use a broom/mop to clean floors completely. Battery does not last long and not very user friendly. Choose a cheaper model as you can get the same results and spend less money.

    The app is complete trash. I have waited two years for them to get it right but mapping is completely broken. Even if you have everything setup just right, it gets corrupted. Donot buy this product. Vacums well but it is useless without tbe app.

    Rosario must have taken my "Karen like" criticism to heart because she has just quit working even close to effectively: 1. Doesn't ever clean the whole floor before dclaring she is done wirh the clean 2. The app is so user-UNfriendly that I've never been able to program more than one floor without her needing to remap every time. (Note, this is one of the reasons I bought this vacuum) 3. She is always getting stuck or tangled or something that she can never finish a room in one cycle 4. I put her on the charging dock and she can't find the charging dock. 5. 4 doesn't matter because she is such a piece of something i cant say in this review Going to have to buy a new brand because this one keeps getting worse with each "clean:

    This vacuum does an OK job. It does a great job vacuuming and picking up trash around the house, dust, hair and just the everyday mess. Its a pretty quiet machine, unless you put in on max suction then it gets pretty loud, but for the most part it doesn’t bother me.It Maps out the cleaning area nicely and it does go around several times. You do need to download the app in case you encounter a problem it will tell you there whats wrong.You can also operate the Vacuum from the app as well schedule clean ups, set Vacuum power (suction)and adjust several other settings. I let my run during the night so my toddler doesn’t mess with it. The best part is that as soon as its done doing its job it goes back to the charging dock.As for the mopping, I don’t think it does a great Job. You are only supposed to add water to the Reservoir, You cannot add any floor cleaner. I do find my floors(Tile) still dirty after its done mopping. Even on simple stains on the floor it doesn’t get them out. I give it a 3 stars. Great Vacuum just not a great “mopping”machine.

    Packaging and presentation of the Ecovacs Deebot Ozmo T5 Robot Vacuum was very well packaged. Setup was simple and straightforward. Instructions had more pictures, then words. Plugged in docking station, popped brush heads in and let it fully charge before first use. Hold power button for about three seconds and the T5 tells you it is starting. It maps out the area initially and takes awhile, but it isn't like you have to babysit it while it is doing this. Once done it self docks and recharges. Emptying the collection bin is simple lift rear of top cover and lift out the collection bin and dump in trash. I have four dogs and tiled floors. This Ecovacs Deebot Ozmo T5 Robot Vacuum is SOOO appreciated. It picks up all their fur they shed and the dirt they track in! It is a timesaver and time is money! It is relatively low profile and easily gets under cabinets and raised seating. It runs pretty quiet and doesn't disturb the dogs. They ignore it after a few reprimands. It does just about as good as sweeping the floors by hand. That saves a lot of time with so many dogs in the house. For us, the collection bin gets full after one session. So must empty after every use. The mop feature, is so so, It more or less lightly wipes the floor with water only. Nothing will beat a good PineSol or bleach mopping. I downloaded the app, however the Ecovacs Deebot Ozmo T5 Robot Vacuum only works on 2.4ghz wifi, I have 5ghz wifi. Hopefully they will have an update for that. But nevertheless, it works fine as is for me. The Ecovacs Deebot Ozmo T5 Robot Vacuum literally saves us time to do other things without worrying about the floors being swept. Once we have this product, don't know if we can go back to sweeping by hand. Excellent product to save you time!

    The device forgets where things are (and the location of the charging dock) after moving it a couple inches, because it got stuck... have to do this so many times... very frustrating. This will require you to remap. It eats wires so you technically have to follow it around while you map so it wont do that... so when it forgets things, you can do follow it and set your boundaries again and again and again and again... You also cannot save the map -- which makes this device "dumb" and not smart.

    wanted to update. I purchased a ozmo T5 for $600. a year and a month later unit completely stops working. after back and forth with ecovacs customer care they had completely threw mw under the bus saying they do not warranty after a year and i need to take the robot to a third party to be repaired. save your money. had to go back and using my roomba which i had for nearly 7 years now still works like new.

    It’s a good product but it doesn’t clean very well I feel like you need to mop first then used just as wall through. Also it doesn’t go on carpet

    Charging issues with this model

    Worked good for 1 year and 1 month. After that the vacuum would not hold a charge. Either the charging dock stopped working or the battery is bad. Attempted Ecovac tech support with no solution. Since it is out of the 1 year warranty then my only solution is to send it in to the factory for a repair with who knows how much that will cost. Very disappointed for a $650.99 robot vacuum.

    Great Robotic Vacuum...Mop Needs Improvement

    This is my review for the ECOVACS Robotics - DEEBOT OZMO T5 Wi-Fi Connected Robot Vacuum & Mop with Advanced Navigation with a 4 out of 5 star rating. This robotic vacuum and mop combination device is quite an impressive automated cleaning tool. My first use of this device was used to solely vacuum my home without the use of the mop attachment. In my example, my home is a single story ranch with 1,012 square feet of cleaning area. My home’s cleaning area is approximately 75% engineered hardwood and 25% low-pile carpet. To add, I also have two short haired domestic cats that readily shed so this provides a good example of the cleaning ability of this device. The set-up of the device was pretty straight forward with the supplied booklet and 2-page quick reference guide. I downloaded the “ECOVACS HOME” app from the Play Store and was on my way. When using the device for the first time through the app, be sure the device is fully charged, AND place the device via the app in “Advanced Mode” and then finally, enable the option. This will place the device into a mapping mode while also cleaning your home for the first time. It will use its on-board LASERS and bumper sensors to map the boundaries of your home. You have the option to use the device as a combination vacuum and mop by attaching the mop head and filling it’s water tank. I decided to use the device solely as a vacuum to test its performance independently for reasons I will explain later. The device took 94-minutes to clean my 1,012-square feet of cleaning area. But, during the vacuuming around 1-hour into its cycle, I noticed the device had a louder than average sound. I paused the device, looked for any obstructions, and noticed the dust bin was nearly full! With my two cats this device really did an outstanding cleaning of the areas thus far. To note, I did use the main brush roller and not the direct suction option being the presence of cats in my home. After emptying the dust bin and placing the device back into motion my home was cleaned with the remaining 34-minutes of its cycle. After the first cleaning, the device scans your home’s floor-plan into its best attempt to map out rooms/zones labeled “A” through “Z”. You can correct the rooms/zones mapped by merging them or by dividing them. After you get your rooms/zones set-up you can set boundaries for things such as a low end-table or couch whereas the device may get stuck. Now, after I performed an entire house cleaning in vacuum mode, I performed a zoned cleaning of my engineered wood kitchen and dining room with the micro-fiber mop head and tap water cleaning solution. The device took 20-minutes to mop an area of 280-square feet. It performed a quick cleaning as the device was already mapped for these two rooms. As for the performance of the mopping option, I was not as impressed as I was with the vacuuming option. Since I have engineered hardwoods, they don’t have a completely flat surface. The mop head along with the light weight of the device does not allow for cleaning across the entire depth of the wood surface. So in essence, the only parts of the wood surface that was cleaned were the highest ridges of the engineered hardwood. For this reason, I could not give this device a 5-star rating. In summary, this device does have the option to both vacuum and mop your hardwoods and vacuum your carpets in an all-in-one function of operation. I did try this operation for a brief amount of time but didn’t like the way the wet mop head would drag across the surface of the carpet. I find this to be counter productive to vacuuming a carpet as you cannot pick up dirt or in my instance cat hair well when it is damp. So in my environment, I use the mop option and the vacuum only option separately. I hope you have enjoyed reading this review and aids in your decision in the purchase of this device.

    Started out good, but over time (a month or so) unit started losing maps and unit doesn't clean as scheduled or cleans partially. I contacted customer service multiple times. All they told me was to follow the instructions. Now they say all curtains must be closed.
