This is our second model of one of these robot vacs. I realized after purchasing that it was actually less expensive than our old model but definitely does a better job cleaning. I have several pets in the home so my only regret is that I didn't opt for the version that empties itself into a canister. That will be what I look for the next time I purchase one of these things.

One of the best e-vacs if you are trying to save time especially if you are tired getting home from work or have guest coming over. I like the features on the app. You can program to clean certain areas or the entire home. The mop and sweeper are the best of both worlds. It leaves the floor looking clean and spotless. I would definitely recommend any busy household wife or mother to get this.

VACUUM AND MOP'S FANTASTIC ON TILE AND CARPETING BY CHANGING DEVICES

I love this little thing! We scheduled her to clean while we're asleep, and aside from moving a few loose rugs around, she's done spectacular! She mapped our downstairs and now she goes to town on her own, and she's doing a great job! She gets into little nooks and crannies pretty good as well, with her little circular brush/sweeper! She notices when she moves from hard floors to rug, and you can hear her "change gears" for the proper suction and brushing to fit the job. We have to clean her trap pretty much nightly, so we know she's doing a good job! As ppl with two dogs and a busy schedule, she's been a lifesaver! She has a mop feature too, but we only really use it for light clean up jobs, like dusty footprints that stuck to the floor, etc, our bigger buildup needs the occasional deep mop job by us, but that's fine. Overall, we couldn't be happier! The mapping feature and ability to schedule are WORTH it, you don't want to skimp on those features to save a few bucks, and I'm that person who usually does skimp to save! ;)

Purchased this one since the T8+ was was sold out. After a week of use I returned it and was able to pay the extra to get the T8+. If I didnt watch reviews and see what all teh T8+ can do I would have been totally fine with the T5.

If you are looking for a good vacuum cleaner, this guy is perfect, but if you are lookin for something that mops well, too, you'd better look for something else. The vacuum is great, but the mop part just doesn't work.

The performance started out amazing but has gone down over time. It struggles to get over a tiny ledge that it didn’t have issues with in the beginning. When it does work it has amazing suction. The app has some glitches as well.

If you see the bottom view, you'll note that the mop doesn't cover the entire diameter of this device. Because of this, when this mops along a wall, it misses several inches of floor near the wall, forcing the buyer to manually mop near all the walls in the whole apartment. Even for the center of the room, it doesn't mop well. When looking at the floor as the device passes by, about 40% of the floor is completely dry. It does an OK job overall, but if mopping is important to you, buy a separate robo mop that is rectangular in shape, and where the mop covers the full length of the device.

A year later and it seriously is hands down the best purchase I have ever made for my home. Literally picks up anything and everything. Run it once a week with a house of 4 kids/2 huge dogs. It’s a time saver.

Would be 5 star but some of the features need better instructions. Got this vac because of the two story mapping feature and ability to set virtual boundaries. A little tricky with initial setup but working great since!

I love this Robotic vacuum & mop! Due to back surgeries, vacuuming and mopping are not possible for me. I've had to spend money on housekeepers that never cleaned the way I wanted my house cleaned. And now that these 2 duties are checked off, I can clean my house myself and save money too!

It does a good job mopping and vacuuming. The only issue I have is about the fringes on my area rugs. If I don’t roll them up while it’s in mopping mode the brushes get tangled in the fringes.

Embarrassingly Vackery (as we’ve named our robot vacuum) has become a member of the family. I was close to returning to get the T8 but the reduced price on this T5 helped seal the deal. It does an overall great job on ceramic and carpet. Mapping the areas was easier than expected. Vackery gets stuck at times though usually when the kids have pulled out a chair from the kitchen table or something else odd not typically an obstacle. It seems to learn its environment better than I expected. Other than picking up the random 6 year old sock, pushing in chairs, and initial setup of “no-go zones” Vackery has matured nicely. I’m so proud of him!

We had a debot 601 prior to this and we loved it. We upgraded to this debot T5 and love this one even more. The mapping is great. Very efficient and really gets all the dog hair. We pretty much use it daily and it is amazing what it picks up

Never thought I would like having one because I am really into detailed cleaning. I was amazed it did so well! Only drawback was I couldn’t stop watching it the whole process. Oh by the way my husband bought it for my birthday and I have named it JEFFREY ☺️ lol

App has gotten a little better, and overall great product except for two minor quips: 1. Sometimes it looks like the robot is a bit confused and rotates a few times around his axis in a spot (even with no obstacle in a known room and already in the middle of the cleaning process with known borders). 2. So far the mopping is a bit lackluster after a bit and only about 2/3 of the mop is wetting the floor. I have already increased the water flow in the app which improved it noticeably, but could probably go with the highest flow setting as luckily the water reservoir is bigger than expected. Overall though very happy with the functionality of it esp at the price point. Definitely reduces the overall choir of vacuuming to only those areas the robot cannot reach (so some areas under furniture or stairs etc.)
