Used it for vacuuming so far, does well but 50% of the time doesn’t get back to its base and gets stranded. But you can locate it easily. Next is to test mopping. Max and max+ reduce the battery time by 60 min each, from 180 to 220 to 60 min.

Cleans well. Mops pretty well. Easy to learn to use.

Like most I was skeptical. How good could it really be? Well let me tell you it's very good and I don't know how I lived without it. For us it needed to be time saver to justify and it took a few tries to understand it's logic but now I can say that it is cutting our cleaning time in half. Be patient and learn it's logic and you'll love it.

So far, very impressed with this vacuum. There are three levels of suction and as a non pet owner I only needed the second setting and this thing picks up just about everything in its path. I say just about everything because please understand, there are obvious limits to what any vacuum can pick up. Programming was a breeze and I was able to program two floors of my home. I tried to do three, but was told via the app, two was my limit. Just make sure you take the charging dock when you want to map out a different floor. It laser maps once which you have to be patient with and after that, it does its thing. Once it returns from cleaning it alerts you and be sure to empty the collection bin as it is small, but again very impressive on what it picked up. It also has a mopping mode which worked better than I expected. In mopping mode it knows where it is going so no need to worry about any carpeted areas. I have a townhouse so it is both wood and carpeted areas right next to each other and it only deploys water in a very calculated amount where needed. A small cartridge slides in and out when mopping is needed. Pretty simple to use overall. I would recommend this product.

I previously used a Neato vacuum. The Deebot vac is equal to and possibly better then the Neato unit. I’ve run it over the past two days. The mapping function is works extremely well. The Deebot unit doesn’t slam into furniture as hard as the Neato which will save my baseboard trim and furniture from marring.

Great for first couple of weeks. Easy to set up, plus really happy with both vacuum and mop modes. The app is simple and useful. The floors looked great. Sounds good ,right? Nope. Now it has no idea where to go, always runs on carpet even during mop mode. Tried to reset and remap to no avail. Got stuck in the middle of the floor with no obstacles just spinning for a half hour until we got home. Disappointed and returning g tomorrow.

Does a very good job in a very complicated house (lots of cords, weird furniture placement, carpet/tile in same room, etc.). Wish the mopping was little more "deep" but it does a great job of keeping the surface generally clean.

We really like it's sweeping functionality but having to refill the water tank and clean the mop every time isn't worth the results. Though the mopping results are decent.

So, this is probably the most complicated and easiest to use vacuum I’ve ever opened. There are two side brushes that are color coded and a set of spares of those in the box. There is also the regular vacuum head brush that is smaller than most other brands and I as a little concerned at first. There are also 5 disposable mop covers and one reusable one along with the mop attachment. Last (besides the vacuum and instructions) there is a device that exchanges the brush for a direct air type vacuum. I've tried both. I focused far more on the direct air vacuum and mop portion as that is what I was most excited about

I absolutely love this thing. It’s incredible. Its super smart. It’s draws a map of your floor plan in the app as it drives around so it doesn’t miss spots, marks where carpet is and adjusts suction or doesn’t mop there and even marks chair legs and cautiously drives around them. The app meanwhile has all kinds of setting adjustments like suction power, mop water flow, and the ability to set cleaning schedules just to name a few. Although I got this as a timesaver, I’m addicted to watching it draw out my floor plan while working and seeing it interact with obstacles. It does a really good job of sweeping In front of itself while mopping from the back. It even ran over a blanket that was hanging down, got stuck, lifted itself off the blanket, backed up and then kept going. If you have pets and/or hard floors, you know how dust, fur, crumbs, and dirt just pile up over time. This vacuum mop Eliminates the need to dust, sweep, and vacuum weekly. Once I stop watching it in amazement, it will be an excellent time saver and a great help around the house. A true 5 star product!

Love this vacuum have used roombas before the quality on this one way out matches the roombas. Took a little time to get the Wi-Fi setup but once done and the vacuum mapped the house I can easily tell Google to go to specific rooms and clean. would definitely recommend to others.

Better than the shark IQ and Neato d7, cleaning power, build quality, and app all are above the Shark and neato d7. The app especially is better, well designed and you can see the progress of the robot and map at the same time.

We have stained concrete floors and 3 dogs, so it was a challenge keeping my floors looking good. However, this vacuum and mop has made a huge difference with keeping my floors clean and reducing the amount of time I have to spend cleaning them. One of the best purchases I’ve ever made.

Bought this thinking that I would only need to use it once a week, but this thing picks up a surprising amount of dust even on a daily basis. I am now using it every other day and only need to manually vacuum my stairs now. Now if only they had a robot vacuum for stairs!

Vacuuming works well, mopping function is not that great. I wouldn’t pay full price for this one.

This is amazing technology. The cleaning could be better, but overall it gets the job done. It gets it self stuck in some areas, I just wish it knew how to get unstuck lol.

Once we figured out the areas where the robot got stuck- under coffee table, for example, we’ve been able to use this device effectively. All in all a good investment for keeping our house a bit cleaner and saving us time.
