Robotic vacuums and mops have been around for years with names like Roomba and Scoober, etc. I have owned three, and all perform somewhat successfully, but somewhat unreliably. The Ecovacs Deebot T10+ is the best robotic Vacuum and mopping product I have used. Alas, it still fell short of my hoped for expectations. Very close -- but no cigar! First, the pros: It is well constructed with a long life battery and easy set up. The application that you load onto your controlling device is well designed with features that surpass those of competitors. Pairing your device takes under a minute and then mapping begins as you launch the Deebot for its 1st cleaning. It is very fast and effective with the app displaying precisely where it is in your home. When the Deebot charge wanes, it returns to its home and recharges (it also empties it's debris haul), and then resumes cleaning. The app allows you to place furniture and other objects in areas where you can fine tune the map of your home and improve the efficiency of the Deebot's travel. The apps 3D view is excellent. I was amazed at the power of the Deebot to bump against and push/move light furniture. I have 2 small tables with legs connected by a metal bar approximately 1/2 " off the ground that the Deebot climbed over once and pushed the second time. In the bathrooms, I have throw rugs and a U shaped piece of carpeting around each commode. Deebot got hung up and needed help. Several times it got stuck in areas with small area carpeting, and therein lies the rub. I was unable to set it to do its job reliably 99% of the time. There were several locations where I had to pick up carpeting and light objects such as TV tray tables. If I overlooked something, Deebot usually got hung up. Whenever i was diligent in picking up throw rugs, small area rugs, light weight furniture, the performance was MASTERFUL! The fact that I could easily select a room and area for mopping was excellent, and the Deebot did a very good job. I believe that Ecovac will continue to make firmware adjustments to it's outstanding application and this product will then be reliable enough to set and forget, and maintain a clean home with minimal effort -- which is the dream of owning a robotic vacuum/mop. Almost 5 stars.

I think i am a pretty earlier adopter of technology. The Deebot T10 is my 4th robot floor vacuum and its been my worst experience. It doesn’t seem to see much of anything, runs into everything, voids nothing and doesnt seem to learn from previous experiences. It was a complete waste of money for me. I am now skeptical and learly to make another such purchase. Ugh!

I’ve had two Deebot vacuums from Ecovacs and I’ve had this T10+ for almost a year. It’s a good vacuum but not without pretty frustrating connectivity issues along with some lower quality parts than desired. The app and vacuum has great functionality when it wants to work. The app is constantly losing connection with the vacuum and requires an elaborate process that takes away some of the convenience of a robot vacuum. My breaking point was after 15 months of using it in the same apartment with all of my digital barriers setup it decides it doesn’t want to work on that map anymore. I can’t get it to work without it having to do a full new scan of the apartment where you have to watch it to make sure it doesn’t destroy something or yank a cord out of the wall…which it did. I’m over the app issues and I’m going to go with another brand in a few months, after only a little over a year I believe it needs replacing which is unfortunate for something that cost $1k.

Returned unit unopened as it did not have the features of the next model up. Better to buy the higher priced model with more features!

Just bought it a year ago and it’s already broken. Expensive too. The bad thing only 1year limited warranty. Now it’s exactly after the date purchase warranty is gone. Very disappointed .

Does a great job vacuuming and a good job mopping. Great for a house with pets.

Unfortunately not a very good vacuum. It gets lost and shuts down. The brush gets tangled very fast and it stops working. It doesn’t recognize objects, runs into all of them.

we are trying to work out the bugs it gets stuck a lot

This robot is absolutely amazing! It's so intuitive and does a fantastic job of sweeping and mopping. It has cut my housework in half, and every penny spent on it is totally worth it! If it worked as advertised, I'd have nothing bad to say. However, if you're like me, you won't enjoy spending $600 or $700+ dollars on something that falls short to a $90 Eufy. It also has issues with mapping and connecting to the docking station. It's better to move on from this and find something better, throw it all away.

I have been using this product for a year now and has been giving me issues over connectivity over six months. Every week I have to map the area or connect the device back to the wifi. Also, reconnecting the device takes several attempts. The device vacuums but the added hustle has become an issue and now I think its not worth the price.

Moping is good , vacuum not up to that level like other competitors

The water tank attachment is made of very thin, cheap plastic and is prone to breaking. The release button/clip broke within the first 30 days of owning this. When I emailed Ecovacs’ customer support, I was told the water tank was not covered under warranty and I was directed to buy another from their website for an outrageous price. I purchased a replacement water tank from a third party manufacturer and it’s made of much better materials for a fraction of the price. It’s incredible how this company charges $1,000.00 for a product made with awful materials and then is selective in deciding which cheap components are warrantied. There are better options for better prices which hopefully have better customer service.

Accurate description and perfroms above expectation. Zero issues on it so far and the instruction are easy to follow.

Absolute garbage! I have had 3 Deebots. I am pretty sure they are disposable as none of them have lasted more than about 14 months. They seen to go haywire a couple of months after they pass thier warranty
