Pricey, smart, battery didn’t last a year. I’d the dust bag malfunctions when it is self emptying, then it clogs up the suction sponge, and you can’t access it to clean it for better suction, so it always says it’s full.

Seems to work decently but gets full really fast and doesn't return to empty itself, it just backs up inside and then doesn't fully empty. Also it's a pain in the rear to find bags that fit for this product.

I love so much about this vacuum. It was easy to set up. I already own the U2 and there's a big difference. I have the option to clean a particular area of my home. So if i want to just do the kitchen or hall i can pull up the map and select that area easily. My U2 always went for a particular room then I would have to empty it. It was convenient but not nearly as convenient as this vacuum. It mapped out my whole house and has made cleaning so much easier. The camera!!!! Having the camera on is most definitely 1 of my favorite aspects of it. I can truly see in real time what is going on at the moment the vacuum is running. It's at a wide enough angle that it shows the whole room not just the floor or lower area. It's much quieter than a regular vacuum so there isn't a problem with noise. When i heard it first empty itself it did scare me a bit because I expected it to be a little quieter but it wasn't bad. The app is a must to get the full benefits of cleaning and mopping. I love my U2 but this would be the one id recommend going with, especially for the peace of mind not having to clean after every use.

Worst robot vac I've ever had. I get notifications that the brush is tangled, I check it, there's literally nothing in there, I restart it, and immediately get the same notification. It gets "stuck" and dies going between the carpet and hard floor. And it moves around the house only actually sucking up anything for about 2 seconds at a time every once in a while. Worst purchase ever

Would get stuck when transitioning between carpet and hardwood floor. Didn’t clean the whole floor and would often get stuck. When it did find its way back to the base it wouldn’t reconnect properly and often times found it not charging when it went on the base.

I have this one and another cheap ones , the cheaper clean better than ecovacs deebot

It's good for vacuuming but doesn't do vacuuming and mopping at the same time and the water tank for mopping is very small

A few months ago, I replaced the flooring on my main floor from a mix of carpet and peel and stick tile to Luxury Vinyl Planking. Since then, I noticed an increase on the times we use our stick vacuum and our mopping. I also recently stayed at a relative's place that had a robotic vacuum which got me thinking of getting one. While I didn't have a robotic vacuum until now, I knew I was looking for some specific features. I wanted a vacuum with decent suction, mopping capability, solid mapping system, a reliable charging station that would also auto-empty the vacuum's dustbin. While there may be some others that have these capabilities. I came across some devices that would actually run the mop across mixed floors. I don't need a mop on my rugs. The Deebot T10+ handles all the above features, plus if the mop attachment is installed, it will avoid rugs and carpet. Two unexpected features are the air freshener module that replaces the mopping attachment and the camera system. The camera can function as a mobile Wi-Fi connected web cam! So you can have a first person view of the robot as it navigates your floor. It also has two way audio so you can communicate with the person near the vacuum! So you get a robotic vacuum, mop AND a mobile security camera! After unboxing and getting it set up, one of the first things I noticed is that there is a power switch that sits under the top cover. It ensures nothing bumps into it to turn off the Deebot. After that, I went and grabbed the Ecovacs Home app from the Google Play Store and it took me two tries to get it connected to my network. The Deebot requires a 2.4ghz wifi network or a 2.4/5ghz mixed network. I have a mesh wireless system that manages the combination very well. From there I was able to go over several settings and set up a cleaning schedule. I immediately wanted to run the Deebot with the mopping attachment, but I found out that you really need to keep the air freshener attachment so that the Deebot can properly map your house during its first run. The instructions also recommends that you wait until it's fully charged before you start the cleaning. While I was waiting for the charging to complete, I connected my Alexa account to the Ecovacs Deebot Skill. I now have basic control via voice commands. The first run took an hour to complete. I kept an eye on it to make sure it didn't get stuck or fall down some stairs. It's vision system and AI worked great, it never got stuck nor did I have any concerns with navigating around stairs. The Deebot's did a pretty good job mapping out the room and it would detect walls so that it would approach walls a little slower so as not to bump against the wall too hard. The vacuum worked great and with the air freshener attachment, it left a pleasant scent throughout. When it came to the rug, it would auto detect the rug and boost its vacuum power to make sure it could pull up any dirt mixed into the rug fibers. Within the app, I was able to vary the suction power. By default, the suction power starts on standard and the Deebot rolls around with a quiet white noise-like sound. When turned to Max+ suction, it is quieter than my upright vacuum but nearly the volume of my stick vacuum. It was also fun to watch it finalize the path around my house. Because of the LIDAR system, it captured rooms that the Deebot could not cross into. So the floor plan in the app did a decent job. However, editing the map was a pain. I have a dining room across a hallway from my kitchen area that is divided in half with the furthest half as our breakfast nook. I tried to label each of these areas, but I eventually got frustrated trying to split the rooms. This really needs to have a better interface and more end user freedom as to how to divide and label each room. I identified the hallway and the breakfast nook, but the kitchen does not let me add a label anymore. I also noticed some instances where the map would disappear from the app. I had to close the app entirely to get it back. So there is some app improvements to be made. After the first cleaning was complete, the robot returned back to its station, turned around and backed into the station to make contact with the charging pads as well as interfacing with the auto-empty into a bag. The auto-empty was much louder than I expected. So I turned off the auto-empty and set it up for manual. I did start some unscheduled runs and some runs where I specified the room I wanted, I also instructed the Deebot to return to station via voice command and it performed flawlessly. The robotic vacuum at my relative's place didn't return to its station consistently. The second day I used the mopping attachment and it did a decent job scrubbing the floor. The washable pad takes a while to completely dry (2 days), so I feel that it's a once a week type operation and doesn't need to be run every day. Overall, the Deebot T10+ is a well designed to operate daily. It handles my main floor very effectively with 5 people and a cat. It grabs all the stuff I don't want to get the stick vacuum for. But I'll still need to grab the stick vacuum for corners, but I can probably drop that down to once a week now.

I have found the DEEBOT T10 Plus to be a powerful robot vacuum with great battery life and lots of useful and cool features! Design I was first impressed by the packaging! You open the box and there are two larger boxes in it that have plastic handles that make it very easy to get them out. Also, there was no nasty packaging that gets all over the place so it was clean and easy to take everything out. I like the sleek smooth, sleek top of the DEEBOT T10 Plus. The top stays on magnetically. You lift it off to access a power switch and a reset button. This also gives you access to the dirt collection chamber and filters. It empties the dirt automatically into the bag in the base but you will need to clean the filters periodically. It's low enough to go under many objects, even our dishwasher when it's fully open. It even holds an air freshener capsule, great idea for a robot vacuum! The included capsule is Cucumber Oak sent. It smells good and fresh while not being over-powering at all. The DEEBOT has sensors all over, as you would expect, for all kinds of things including floor type detection and to keep it from falling down steps. There's a camera too. More on that later. A cleaning tool is included to help remove any tangled hair and to brush out the dirt bin. Control There are only a few buttons on the robot itself. One is a reset button that's also used for WiFi setup, one is a power switch, and one is to pause or wake or you can hold return to the home base. Most control is done from the app, which I'll talk about later. In the app, you basically just need to press "AUTO Cleaning" or you can schedule cleaning to happen automatically. App The app does far more than I expected! It was easy to get it connected to the DEEBOT. Once connected, you will need to charge it in the base. There's also an update to be applied to the DEEBOT. There were no issues applying the update and it didn't take too long. After that's all done, you have lots of great options in the app. By default it makes one pass at a time when doing a cleaning. You can set it to two passes in the app. The DEEBOT power is set to standard on hard floors by default and it boots the power to "Max" when on carpet automatically. You can manually change the power to one of four settings: Quiet, Standard, Max, or Max+. You can also adjust mop scrubbing intensity and water flow. As you may expect it maps out and displays the area in your house. You can setup a cleaning sequence of where you want it to clean. You can also schedule cleaning, like I mentioned above. I was impressed with the standard 2D mapping. It also has 3D mapping that, while also impressive and very cool, it didn't auto detect a lot of my furniture. But it gives you controls and a decent set of items to place and build your interior in 3D. So while I found it to be very cool it will be best if I manually lay everything out. And when you think about it, you really only need to set that up once. For me, the 2D mapping is excellent. It lets define and label different rooms, set virtual boundaries, and save up to 3 different maps. Of course you can send the DEEBOT out to clean or call it back to home base. Video Features Yeah, the DEEBOT has such great video features I had to give it a section just for that! For one, anytime it's cleaning you can turn on the video and watch where it is. You can also record video or take photos. Besides those basic features, you can set points in the house for it to go to. You can set an "Arrival on Command" location and it will go there on command and just sit there. You can also set a "Home Patrol" location. This will go out to that point and then automatically return to the charging base. You can also use your phone to control it and drive around just to look around your house. This could be a cool way to check on things when you're not at home. Cleaning The DEEBOT has strong suction, which you can set to four different levels. I didn't have very dirty areas but it seems to do well on our carpet as well as on hard floor. It empties automatically in the base as needed where the dirt is collected in a mini-bag similar to what a conventional vacuum would collect the dirt in. I liked the way it mops. I thought it would just drag the wet cloth part on the floor but it doesn't, it actually moves it up and down while moving around so it does get a much better mopping motion. It also lets you adjust the water flow rate and the "scrubbing intensity" as mentioned above. Battery life I've been impressed by the battery life. Of course there are different settings that will effect battery life but I've been surprised how slowly the battery goes down while the DEEBOT is cleaning. Initially I thought it was having a problem with charging and finding the base reliably. It turned out I had it plugged into an outlet I never use which was connected to a light switch. So it wasn't charging over night and if that light wasn't on the DEEBOT wouldn't return to base. I've had no issues since changing outlets. Make sure you know that the power outlet you plug it into will be on all the time! :)

Outstanding product with a very detailed and versatile app. The controls on this thing are far superior to the Shark and Roomba I once owned.

We are loving using this product only thing we observed is when we are Mopping and vacuuming if it identifies carpet it won't proceed further. What we were looking for is if it can learn when there is a carpet service it should proceed further and not mop

Complicated set up and poor directions. Water fill tank leaks all over, as soon as you start to fill the small compartment. No liquid stop gap, just a flimsy, thin piece of plastic with no seal.

Had to return it. It kept getting stuck not only on the carpet but also on marble tiled floor. Also no wire sensor. They tell you to use it during day time or keep the lights on. So you can’t use it during the night time. I bought i7 much happy.

Garbage, constantly loses map. You have to spend more time keeping to working than it would take to simply vacuum yourself. Video capabilities don't function now than 3 seconds before you have to reconnect

Does a good job vacuuming. The intelligence of the mapping software is very good as well.

They send me a returned from another customer with all the dirt and trash in it. Very disappointed!!!

Stops for no reason; doesn’t finish the cycle…was easy to setup and like the app..but wish the product worked..especially for the price. Had to return it!

Before having Deebot I had to manually vacuum every other day. Now, I can sit back and relax because Deebot is doing all the hard work. My favorite feature is that unlike other vacuums, there is minimal noise, so you won’t even notice that it is on. I would definitely recommend it, a must have in every home! This vacuum includes the best features, keeping in mind the needs of most consumers. The suction power and battery durability are great. Another thing I like is the color choice. Most of my furniture at home is silver and white, so having a white vacuum that blends in with the rest of the living room decor was very important. Not many brands offer the color choice of Deebot.
