The Deebot T10+ was exactly what we were looking for. We had picked up the T8+ and had some issues with it docking and emptying. This did both flawlessly. The mop attachment does a fantastic job of keep our kitchen floors clean. We run it twice a week and it throughly scrubs and sucks up an debris. As for carpet use it is does an incredible job mapping and avoiding obstacles. Suction strength is very good and it picks up 99% of debris on the floor, including pet hair. It struggles with corners or nooks which is why I subtracted the 1%. Besides that it is a dream!

Such an awesome device. Maps the house super quick with its LiDar, and battery life is excellent.

It cleans well and I feel efficiently. But still can't get it on line

The T10 plus is a great cleaning assistant. Set up was simple. Once it maps your home you can direct it to clean specific rooms at will or set up a schedule. I have not tried the mop feature yet, but the vacuum works well. We have multiple pets and this does a very good job keeping the hair off the floor. The one downside at present is that locating replacement parts and accessories is difficult. When I contacted ECOVACS customer service they said it was due to global supply chain issues. Overall, great purchase.

This little gadget has completely taken over me doing any floor cleaning. What makes this even more impressive is that I have 6 dogs. If you are on the fence of buying this, get it! Additionally, the video feature is amazing. I used to have bad anxiety leaving my pets but now I have peace of mind because I can check in on them any time. Absolutely LOVE my purchase.

Love it...it vacuums everyday at the same time... Don't need to sweep the floor at all

I recently purchased the t8+ which was a great bot but the app was lackluster which mad it hard to map multifloors without some troubleshooting.but i seen the t10 on sale and said ill see if they fix alot of the little issue the t8 had.i noticed from the jump the new upgraded app is sooo much better with mapping and just everything in general.the robot looks sleek and seem more responsive and seems faster to operate its just about as perfect as it gets at this point.get this version its the best one.

Works very well. My floors look great. I run it at night and in the morning they are shining. Very easy to use.

Amazing! Have purchased numerous iRobots and they all have had issues, docking, sensors, getting stuck and battery life. This machine has solved every issue and it’s satisfying! Even has a camera and you can command it to do house patrols lol. Not only is it a fantastic vacuume, it also is a mops!

It works really good but it started to get lost after a couple of weeks. When it gets lost I have to pick it up and put it in the living room. I like that it can vacuum and mop at the same time and I like that I can control it with phone app.

Overall , an awesome device. This is my first robotic vacuum , and I don't have any comparison. The machine is well designed . There are two rotating brushes that help to clean the corners. The motor seems strong and picks up all dirt. I have mostly hardwood floors with rugs. Some are rugs are fairly thick and it takes T10 several tries to get up on the rug but it consistently it makes it and cleaned everywhere it can. The software maps out the rooms and the map seems to improve every cleaning. It sometimes missed a few specs on the floor, which it picked up on second run. Battery is sufficiently large . Initial setup didn't work for me. I called customer support with no wait; they immediately picked up the phone, were super polite and helped me troubleshooting and making it work.

I went thru all of Bestbuys choices the Bissell crosswave x7, the s9plus by iRobot the m6 by brava, and can say this was the best sorry for so many returns but no one knows anything about vacuums this days i had to try most of them out before finding this one!

I have had my, maid, for a yr, now and boy can she clean floors, it it take me forever to pick up all that she does! And mopping is just as good. I love the fresh clean smell she leaves behind

Great out of the box and felt as if I made a good decision, but begins to let you down greatly after a few months. Parts are insanely expensive for what they are and go out regularly. Can't use generic parts to save money. App is poorly designed to help you order parts for your specific device (it should be able to detect this, which causes minimal effort from a programming standpoint). Specifics: 1. It does a great job of covering the entire floor. 2. Tangles up a lot and must be cleaned out on almost every use. 3. Regularly disconnects from Wi-Fi and requires a restart if you don't use daily. 4. Auto-emptying feature does not work as intended at all. You will have to clean the device out regularly as a result. 5. Object recognition seems to work fairly well, but doubt there is any AI imbedded in that technology. It still likes to go to continually try to go to areas that AI would tell it not to.

Excellent robot mop vacuum, does fantastic vacuum and mopping. Our home flooring is engineered wood, we use bona instead of recommended water. Cons: Pricey, curated or auto maps disappear this makes the vacuum a little dumb (when map is recovered, it does an outstanding job to keep your home clean)

This thing is amazing. Keeps the house really clean and picks up all my wife’s hairs that are all over the floor. The obstacle avoidance works great and the mop leaves it really shiny even with just water. Which had me worried when I read that in the instructions. Highly recommended
