I think it works, it took a couple times to map the house, it only activates when you tell it to, no automatic timers to set, you can pick a room or specific spot to tell it to go to if it needs more attention, it lears more about your house the more it's used

We have two labs and it does a good job cleaning the floor. We try to run it twice a day and we are very happy with it. We had bought another brand a few years ago and it was terrible so we were very pleased after we got this programmed to where we wanted it to go.

Object recognition does not work. It sucks up all the wires and other smaller objects. It also does not cover the whole area in the room. There are spots which it does not go over. It cleans well for the areas it goes through. Mopping function is not worth it also. It is very light. I have an older Neato which does a better job than this for vacuuming.

The fact that you can vacuum AND mop with a single devices is awesome. It automatically avoids carpets when in mopping mode and the resevior is easy to refill. Having this in a house with all concrete floors and area rugs is a must and I don't know how I lived without it!

Not nearly as nice as our deebot t8 which the babysitter accidentally killed. None of the bags are compatible, this one is much dumber. The mopping ‘scrub action’ is nice but I miss being able to keep the mopping attachment on and just remove the pad. The air freshener is useless and having this at the back is a pain. Regret this purchase

After the initial learning, this vaccum is performing as expected. You do have to play with some settings in the app to get it to oerform to your needs. Overall im very happy with this product.

I’m not pleased with this unit. There are 2 things I like about it, 1-it has the auto empty which is mostly why I purchased it. 2-you can use video to see around your house when you’re gone. Cons.. 1- doesn’t go under my couch or anything because of the video sensor on the top is to tall 2- it does not get close to the walls or corners to vacuum everything. 3- The battery seems to dies pretty quickly (while cleaning) 4- if you don’t use it for a few days, it is dead when you do go to use it and you have to wait for it to charge 5- it is always telling me to clean the main brush, even after it has been cleaned and I have replaced it a few times already and haven’t even had it a year yet. I think I will go back to a shark unit.

Easy to set up and get running. Very convient to be able to set it to clean when im at work or out of the house. Lets you know when it needs to be cleaned.

I have been using the Ecovac T 10 Plus for 4 weeks and couldn't be happier. It will vacuum for about 2 hours so it can do the entire house. It is quite enough that I can watch TV etc and doesn't bother my dog. After it finishes, it returns to its dock and empties. The self empty feature is a little loud but very quick. It seems to have a random pattern but it covers very well. Like all vacuums, there are some places it can't reach. The first time I elimated most. I run it every couple of days and my floors look great. I named her Ms Wonderful because she is so good at vacuuming and/or mopping.

Vacuum itself may look pretty beautiful design, but don't be fooled by that. This vacuum is riddled with nothing but glitches from software to the app. Mainly when it comes to the maps it's a hit and miss if it's going to add a wall where its wall is or if it's going to add a room where a room is and if the map even comes out perfect which you got to hope for. Then you try to divide a room and it's like doesn't let you or if the map does come out perfect and everything else works properly. When you try to send it to a specific room to clean it goes to a totally different room. Just pure. Terrible. Then you get those glitches to where you try to merge a room. Then you get the air unable to merge. Then you got to delete the map and then it works. It's just way too glitchy to even be used as a vacuum

We purchased this to vaccuum and mop our high traffic areas to help limit dog hair and assist in keeping the house clean. It does its job with no real issue. Occassionally it will re-map, clean areas it has already cleaned, or try to clean an area it can't get access to (i.e., a TV tray in the way, or a dog in its path). Those minor issues are the only thing keeping this from a 5-star, but they are definitely manageable minor gripes/complaints.

Until now, it is working well and according to the description of the item in the web page.

Does an awesome job!! Did a ton of researching before landing on this guy. Was skeptical about using a robot vacuum thinking it would be more trouble picking it up when stuck and trying to make it work.. but it turns out it is a really smart AI robot :) auto cleans the common areas every morning when everyone is asleep and it feels great to seeing no pet hair when first stepping on the main level :) I also ask it to clean and mop the kitchen and dining area after dinner and has alleviated me from a high energy consuming chore to just detaching the mop pad. Have only mapped out one floor so far and look forwarding to making endless uses out of this smart thing!

Expensive but does the job. I run once a week and it works. It maps the house and you can choose where to clean. Very cool. It gets stuck sometimes.

Loving having this. It is super easy to set up and use the app. It works great!

First off, if you live by yourself and dont have any pets or children the vacuum does do its job. The vacuum and mop option are quite nice. But if youre like me and have 4 dogs and little children running around, I would not recommend buying this. The internal cargo area for hair is constantly getting bogged up and it doesnt go back to the station to auto dump if its full, you have to pay attention to it and send it back via the app to recharge, then dump, then start the cleaning the again manually. The small bag inside its station is also very small and bags can be expensive. Numerous times ive had to take the bottom off the little bot and pull hair out manually because it gets clogged frequently.

Works great. Very good at picking up dog hair and the scheduling feature makes sure nothing is forgotten. The mopping could be better but other wise a great vacuum

It is the best Robot vacuum I have ever owned reasonable price easy to install and set up
