Product is great but Best buy delivery and customer service sucks. My package was sent through FedEx and was almost lost. Despite multiple follow ups, BB Reps were helpless and kept giving me another date of delivery.

Broke 5 days after using it. I must say though it was easy to use but the app also had a lot of bugs.

This mop/vaccum couldnt have come at a better time! In the fall, my back yard turns into a muddy mess. We have 4 large breed dogs that track that mud in day in and day out. In addition to the muddy paw prints, I also have a 1 year old that likes to throw food on the floor at meal time; often leaving a sticky mess. To say mama is too tired to mop multiple times a day is an understatement! The week I got this was the rainiest week this fall. This robot was working overtime being run multiple times a day to keep up with the mud. I have another robot system that just didnt work so well. That system was a mop and a vaccum that were seperate. What I love about this robot is that it will automatically vaccume and then go back and mop everything. The mop will periodically go back to its base to wash its own mop pads and then continue cleaning. It also empties and drys itself which is amazing. The other mop I pwned had a small tank and wouldnt work if it wasnt 100% full to start. This is not an issue with this robot as the base holds a huge tank of water and as long as there is some amount of water, it will start a session whwn requested. This makes it easier to use this more frequently. The clean and dirty water tanks are large and very easy to empty and refill which is nice. Something to keep in mind, this does make the base large and heavy however. The app for this is amazing! There are so many setting options to really customize the cleaning experiance. There is also easy ways to earn rewards points in the apps for discounts on future purchases just from running the robot and navigating the app. The mapping process is almost scary. I sent it to map for the first time and it simply drove into the middle of the room and with lasers malped my whole house that was visible from that point! It was kind of crazy!! One negitive I ran into is how sensitive object avoidance is, even in the lowest setting. It would often avoid clunps of dog fur and dust bunnies. The other downside is how tall it is, it does not fit under my cabinents of kitchen table like other robots have. I did run into a few technical issues early on. However exivacs was quick to get replacement upgraded parts and extras immediately.

This is a very large unit. I had great difficulty finding a location for this since it needs electrical power. I ended up placing it in my dining room and not happy with this location. It took me several days to get this set up and could not get it to connect to my WiFi. There were conflicting directions about using 2.4 vs 5 WiFi but finally the app indicated 2.4. I couldn’t locate the reset button and the directions were very vague. I am not a fan of connecting my appliances to an app but as I started using the app I liked it. I first had the device map my house. The thing I don’t like about robotic vacuums is that you need to first pick up your house and remove objects like cords or paper. During mapping the device got stuck on scatter rugs. I have a 3 bedroom 1700 sq ft house that has the same tile flooring through out but I do have rugs in the bathrooms and kitchen. It finally had the house mapped so then the next day I could put it to work. It vacuumed the whole house and did a fairly good job but did have difficulty with the bathroom rugs. The app showed where it had vacuumed and it vacuumed in a logical way, unlike other brands. (I have 3 other robotic vacuums at other houses.) The battery lasted long enough to clean the whole house. The next day, I removed the rugs from the kitchen and had the device just mop the kitchen floor and it did a fairly good job. I then had it work in the dining room and living room mopping. It cleaned on of my rugs very well but ignored the other 2. It went into the kitchen when it shouldn’t have. It left some water on the tile as it entered the charging unit since it periodically washed the floor pads. The floor pads would get quite dirty but this also happens when steam mopping the tile floor. There are 2 canisters in the unit; one for clean water and one for the dirty water and the water was dirty. I would never dare let this device vacuum or mop if I was not at home. I think this device is very expensive and takes up a lot of space. I would prefer that it be housed in the laundry room but mine just isn’t big enough. It will be good for quick kitchen vacuuming and mopping. It has bags for the dirt inside the unit and I am not excited about needing to buy replacement bags. Overall, I have mixed feelings about this device but it did do a good job of cleaning our house.

This thing is amazing ! It keeps our home very clean with little to no effort from ourselves, it empties itself and cleans itself and it cleans the mop so well it never smells, and it dries the floor completely. The water tank is small though and hence needs to be refilled often when it is mopping a larger area (we have hardwood floors and tile floors and only a couple of large rug areas). We can't say enough good things about this vacuum / mop but alas we have to admit we haven't had it and been using it for very long, only 3 weeks now, so we don't know if it is going to keep working this well down the road many months and years from now. It is a bit on the pricey side. It is very quiet, probably the second most quiet robotic vacuum we've ever used. We can watch T.V. without having to turn up the volume while it is working in front of us. Although I control it on my phone, my wife controls it with voice commands on our Google Assistant device. Now we have had some technical issues with it at first, especially with mapping out cleaning areas. The 3-D Mapping is not that great and for optimum functionality we find we have to reset the it periodically. All in all though we are very happy with this robotic vacuum and mop combination and recommend it to our family and friends.

Stupid robot vacuum I’ve ever got. It’s unworth, Don’t buy it…….

Mop stopped working within 3 months of purchase. Extremely difficult to get support. Undoubtedly my worst purchase ever. Never am I going to buy anything from ecovacs ever again.

This thing sucks. Does not work 80% of the time. Always a malfunction message for no reason.

Not good at all. Worked good for 2 weeks. I've owned a few in my life and this one worked for a very short period of time.

I have owned a number of various robotic vacuums from different brands and I must say that Ecovacs Deebot T20 Omni is the best smart vacuum I have ever used! I am very impressed by its capabilities and I would love to share my experiences with some of you who are considering a purchase like this. Let me start with the features: the Ecovacs Deebot T20 Omni uses lidar navigation on top for its basic mapping and navigation as most top tier robotic vacuums do. It also has a number of obstacle avoidance sensors in front, which are used for avoiding objects that are too low for its lidar to detect and too light for its bump sensor to "feel". The manufacturer went with a structured light system and laser combination for its obstacle avoidance sensors this time getting rid of the camera like on the X1 and T10 Omni, their previous line of robotic vacs. I think dropping the camera seems to be becoming a trend with premium robot vacuums probably due to security concerns that can make consumers uncomfortable, however I find it interesting that not having a camera based system does not appear to be a downgrade for this vacuum at all! I have to say another great feature is the new Omni station which has - Auto-emptying dust bin - Mop pad washing - Tank filling and auto mop pad drying The new T20 Omni is the first robot vacuum that has heated water mop pad washing! I think it makes it even better at cleaning and removing stains from the mop pads. The Omni station has good size clean and dirty water tanks which are easy to remove and empty. I think overall the entire bin system operates exactly as it should giving the user a truly automated experience. The mop system itself uses two spinning brushes, going fast at 180 RPMs with downward pressure. For the first time the company also included a mop pad lifting mechanism which means that when it senses carpet, it will lift up the mop pads that way the carpets do not get wet. So if you have a mix of hard floors and carpets you no longer have to attach and detach the pads and schedule a separate cleaning in order to mop. You can do it all in one cleaning cycle and dramatically increase efficiency. Let me mention a few things about the vacuum app. The Ecovac app has pretty much every feature of premium robot vacuum has to offer like: - Virtual barriers which keep it from going where you don't want it to go; - Specific room or area options; - Advanced scheduling features, where you can even set the power levels for each room or the order that you wanted to clean in; - Multi level maps; - Quick mapping - A number of options for how you want the vac to return to the bin or wash the pads or how long you wanted to dry the pads - 3D mapping - Carpet boost settings and AI Voice Assistant and more As you can see the app is feature full and if you are a geek like me, you will want to explore every bit of it! As far as its performance, this vacuum has also exceeded my expectations and did an amazing job in both cleaning and mopping floors. There was not a spot that this vacuum left alone and my floor had some stains from coffee, the mops took care of it with no problems! Suction on this vacuum is pretty strong and the side brushes did a good job picking up debris, cookie crumbs and dust bunnies. This is definitely my number one vacuum that I simply enjoy using! I know its price is a bit steep however I think it is worth every penny (there are some sales on it so watch out for those!)

TL;DR: 1. USE: Vacuum and mop your home as often as you like…and will clean up after pets. 2. SETUP: Straightforward directions and helpful, complementary app. 3. Usability: It’s easy. Follow the directions and add water and empty dustbin. 4. The T20 Omni Vac Mop seems to be made very well. 5. It is very helpful assisting you in keeping your home clean. I have 4 cats and wanted something that can clean up after them more than I already do! I was looking various robot vacuums and started with an inexpensive one from a different brand. It wasn’t cheap, but it was a lower mid-end model. It didn’t have the mopping function and really didn’t do much for the pet hair. It mostly spun the hair on the carpet, but didn’t pick it up. The suction wasn’t strong enough. I wasn’t sure this could do any better, but to my surprise it does. I’ve been using the Ecovacs T20 Onmi Vac for just over a week or so. It suctions the hair on my low pile, berber carpeting and dust bunnies from the tile. It does a surprisingly good job at it. It’s better than my light duty cordless vacuum and slightly less than my full plug-in vacuum. Overall, it does a great job. It also doesn’t get stuck on the transition from carpet to tile or vice versa. I have less tile, than I do carpet, but from what has been mopped, it works well cleaning the tile and grout. With its heated auto drying feature, it dries itself and keeps itself clean. Overall, I’m very happy with how it’s mapped my house, how easy the app is to use, how it vacuums and mops, and really how self-sufficient it really is. There is minimal interaction on my part. If you’re in the market for a robot vac, I highly recommend the Ecovacs T20.

The ECOVACS Robotics - DEEBOT T20 OMNI Wi-Fi Connected Robot Vacuum & Mop with Self Washing Auto Empty Station - WHITE, is the 3rd robot vacuum I have tried out, and it is hands down the best at cleaning my house. The other 2 vac-bots I have don't get close enough to the walls and leave a strip of dirt around the perimeter of every room they clean. The Ecovacs T20 not only gets all the way to the wall clean, but it somehow seems to have the ability to get underneath the legs of tables and chairs that it physically can't fit under. Another advantage the T20 has is that it can be tucked away in the corner a mere few inches away from other objects, where as my other bot-vacs needed about 18" of clearance to either side thus making them harder to place in a room. The self emptying bin is awesome too, it's so nice not to have to empty the bin myself every time I use the vacuum. The mop feature is pretty cool as well, and does a pretty decent job of cleaning my floors. Overall the vacuum and mop are able to keep my floors looking nice, while I'm busy doing something else and all I have to do is change the water bins when it tells me they need it in the easy to use app. Speaking of the app, there are loads of settings and features that can be changed and adjusted as well as maps and cleaning modes that can be selected as well. The T20 has only been at my house now for about a week, and I already don't want to be without it!

I think if you are a professional and have a pet this is a super useful device to have at home. It vacuum's and Mops my apt when I am away from home and keeps my dog very amused while its doing it. It is priced incredibly well and its super reliable, Its a must buy.

Best vacuum mopping robot EVER. Let me just tell you a little about what I love about this lil machine. The suction is great its got some power to it to pick up everything on the floors. It does carpet hardwood floors and tile. I have all thrre i my home and this super awesome robot does it ALL. I would 9 out of 10 recommend. Easy set up only complaint is that it gets a little too far under my couch corners and gets stuck ( easy scoot to the robot and fixed) but otherwise not a single complaint. I love my Deebot T20 OMNI best decision i made in a long time.

This vacuum is the Mac daddy of all vaccums. The mess my 3 young boys make on the daily keep me cleaning all day everyday until I bought this. I start it on my phone and that’s 1 less thing I have to do. It empties itself and I can sit back. Set up was easy you do have to let it map your house so it can follow the path every time it vaccums. The mopping feature is more of an up keep. You will still have to use a real mop to really make sure your floors are clean. This is worth the money for anyone who has pets or kids!

When you buy a robot vacuum clear and now mop, you want the real deal. I'll start with the negatives which is not necessarily specific to this device but all of these types of devices, if your house is already cluttered or super busy with kids and stuff then this may be a challenge for you to get going in a rhythm. The device is top of the line for sweeping and mopping your home. I would recommend only using it on hard and non-carpeted floors. Some seem to have had success with it being able to work around it but I think wet works best with floors that can handle it. It has many features like the app and so many different options, but the more options and customizations comes more chances for opportunities to break or just not perform correctly. Maybe it is correct but not exactly the way you intend. If you have an oxygen tube or power cords that can move around within your area, then it will totally throw the process or plan off. I think if you have smaller home or a small area where you want to use this and then it is a great idea and purchase to use.

The machine works great but the app is way more complicated than it needs to be. Ecovacs does offer very good support though, and through them I discovered that you can not only scroll down in the setup page, but you can also scroll the cleaning modes bar to the right to reveal a customize mode. This custom mode is what I needed to let me schedule different cleaning preferences on different days. (The other modes all share the same "Cleaning Preference" which selects between vacuum-only, mop-only, vacuum & mop, and mop after vacuum.) So I use the AUTO mode with vacuum-only selected and my customized mode with mop-only selected to schedule vacuum-only the day before it mops. An issue came up where there was a notification that the dust bag was full. I checked the bag and it was nowhere near full. So either it is simply time based or usage based, or Ecovacs just wants to sell more supplies. It does not appear to be based on actual bag fullness.

The DEEBOT T20 can vacuum my entire floor at very competently with the added benefit of being able to mop. It is also very durable, it has survived my cat's abuse and yeeting it onto the floor without a scratch. This is helped by its thick mop pads and good suspension. The side brushes and main roller catch so much hair that they need to be cleaned after every other use. It is amazing what this little bot picks up and cleans. Happy to report that so far the new pads do fix the falling out issue. The rubber roller is indeed better than the older brush designs. The mapping seems to have drastically improved and at this point, the robot leaves the house really clean. There are of course a few odd corners that you'd have to manually vacuum once in a while but that's to be expected. Now that everything is working as intended, I cannot express what a time-saver this thing is and just how much it has allowed me and my wife to enjoy more free time on the weekends. It does its own thing for most of the month and vacuums every other day with the occasional extra mopping session. Once a week, we'll lift things like chairs and other items and allow it to clean the whole house on Auto Mode at the Vacuum then Mop setting. We do the same once a month after we give the house a good dusting so that it cleans after us.

The DEEBOT T20 OMNI was my introduction to robotic vacuums and it made me a huge fan! I wasn't expecting to be as impressed as I am, however, this little robot has been an amazing addition to my household. I have very fluffy pets and they shed like crazy. Before this vacuum, I pretty much had to vacuum every other day to keep up with all the fur. Now I can go a couple of days without needing to empty the bin, which is great if you're lazy like me. I can see emptying the bin less frequently if you don't have as many pets or if you don't live in a really dusty area. The mopping function is pretty good as well! The water is hot and it has brush pads that actually scrub and get rid of built-up dirt. It has had zero issues switching from hard floor to carpet and it has yet to get stuck. The TrueDetect 3D technology has done an amazing job of making sure it doesn't bump into things. The app is pretty good as well. It's very intuitive and you can fully control the vacuum. It has never been easier to set cleaning times! There's no subscription required either. Given this vacuum is so feature-packed and actually does an amazing job, I definitely recommend it!
