    This robot died a year and half after purchasing from Best Buy . Customer service claimed it didnt have the parts to repair it . I would be notifed via email when they have parts to repair this model . So basically its waste money . Stay with a reputable brand . Even if there was an extended warranty . They dnt have the Parts ? As per ecovac rep.

    Worked great for a couple months. Then started glitching out. Contacted Ecovac customer service. They had me do a million things to it, then told me to box up the whole thing myself and send it back to them. I could not do that. Not great customer care.
