Love it. Does all of our vacuuming and mopping for a house of tile floors. We have a dog and cat as well as kids so there is plenty to pick up. I have to clean it thoroughly once a month and remove hair every other week, but that only takes 10 minutes. We run it daily on vacuum through the whole house and mop kitchen daily. Mop whole house on weekends. I have no complaints other than cleaning the base is a pain because the pan does not come out. It gets filled with nasty water that won't drain when clogged so you have to pour it on the floor or soak it up with a rag. Either way, its messy. If the pan came out, it would be 5 stars for sure

I think it does a great job vacuuming and moping. It avoids obstacles well. The one gripe I have is that I have it mop once a week and then Vacuum the rest of the week. If the dirty water reservoir is full or the clean reservoir is empty it will not do the just vacuuming cycles it is scheduled for.

This is ana amazing vacuum. I’ve been a fan of Ecovacs since the beginning. I find that the suction power of its vacuums are great and at a very reasonable price compared with other top brands. This is my 3rd robot vacuum, different models, and it is the best by far. The moping has improved substantially from previous models, and I love the self wash mooing pad. It does a very good job either moping or vacuuming. I completely trust this device to do a thorough cleaning of the apartment and I highly recommend it.

This robot has been amazing. You will be shocked at how quickly it can map your home. I have a full LVP flooring with rugs and this thing recognises rugs very well. The moping is such an underappreciated feature, as it does a good job. The only thing I would say to impove, is the amount of water it uses to clean the moping pads. I have to refill the water tank just about every 2 moping sessions (1400 sqft house). However, the dirt that gets picked up in the dirty water tank is shocking to see, it picks up a lot! I would recommend to anyone who can afford to spend the extra money for this Robot. Compared to others I have owned, this one is by far the best.

Picked up package it was heavy, when open could not belive it was huge with 2 tanks easy to change out. It mapped out my house I titled my rooms, set it to mop and vac. it does have its own command settings, I do it though Alexa. dies a excellent job. I have it clean the bathroom and kitchen daily, whole house twice a week, sometimes I ask it to clean a specific room on demand, goes to station, cleans its mop heads and empties trash. Just keep up on filling and empty waste water. order typical parts for on hand. on youtube has a company tech with tips and advice

I contemplated spending the money for a dual vacuum/mop robot, boy am i glad that i purchased this one! It cleans and mops the house with such ease. The best part is that it notififies you when it needs extra water to continue the assigned task. Empting and fulling the water is super easy too. I would definitely purchase this again and refer it to my friends and family.

I used this product successfully for the past six months. It does a great job of mopping the floor and keeping it clean, especially with two Huskies in the house. However, I've noticed that it requires a lot of attention and maintenance. It frequently indicates that the cleaning sink is full, even when it's empty and dry. Credit where it's due, it excels at not bumping into objects and has excellent obstacle avoidance. Replacement pads and filters are expensive and need to be reordered every couple of months. The app is user-friendly, although some options are hidden in menus and can be hard to find. Update - 5/20/24: Unfortunately, as of today, it has stopped working. I've contacted ECOVACS, and they are processing a warranty claim. ECOVACS customer service is exceptional; they immediately guided me through troubleshooting steps. When those didn't work, they informed me that the unit would need to be sent in under the warranty

you can see a huge difference in the cleanliness of my floors when I routinely used this. It is excellent at avoiding obstacles in the way. it does not do well with floppy bathroom rugs but has no issues with my living room rug. One of the mopping pads will no longer sit in the holder as its supposed to so I am having to look at solutions for that since it is out of the 3 months warranty period. I have only had it for 5 months so hard to tell how it will do as time goes on.

I've had this for about a month after upgrading from the N8+. This is light years ahead of the N8+. It has been nothing but great. Auto empty station, auto mop cleaning, and everything works great. The quick mapping feature is great - it mapped out my 1,000+ square foot downstairs in about 5 minutes compared to the older models having to do an entire perimeter can. The only thing is that the app layout for each Ecovcac is different based on its features. So I have had the Deebot Ozmo 920, N8+, and now the T20 and everytime it has a different app layout. Not just small tweaks, but like the app layout is significantly different for each new vacuum. This isn't a problem, per se, but it takes a learning curve to figure out how to do everything for each vacuum. For example, I find the process of creating cleaning routines and then using those routines in schedule a bit cumbersome. Perhaps most annoyingly is that the cleaning log doesn't tell you if the past completed cleans were vacuum only, vacuum and mop, or just mop only. I would think that is an easy thing to list under the cleaning log details. Nevertheless, I hope they make some updates to the app, but the device itself is great. Still haven't had to empty the dustbin from the station and the water has lasted quite a bit since I only do a weekly mop (and a nightly vacuum only). I haven't used the voice command, but it does sometimes wake up when I say "Okay, Google" for my Google smart home.

This little guy is amazing and I'm so fascinated with it. I struggled with housekeeping because I work 60 hours a week and have a 1-year-old and a six year old and very little help. so vacuuming was only every 2 to 3 days when I could get it in and half the time I had to hold the one-year-old while doing it for almost 2 hours, dropping the vacuum cleaner handle and because she would get heavy I bought one of those seats you attached to your waist to take the weight off which helps immensely but still a taxing chore and the mopping I was lucky to do once or twice a month and would only get to you quickly sweep in between which was frustrating because I needed to do more than that with two little ones. While I was waiting for the mopping cleaning solution to come in the mail, I decided to test out the mopping capabilities with just water and was absolutely Blown Away at how great of a mopping job and vacuuming job this little robot does, every little while I'm opening up to Dustin take out the dirt and look at how much it picked up. I just can't use the mopping feature with the vacuuming feature because it will lift the mopping gear but still touches the carpet. So now it mops after vacuuming and you can a schedule so it does it when the kids are asleep and the bonus is the kids will clean up their toys and tidy the floors so the bot doesn't "get" them which is leaving me with a clean house with very little effort. I have it set to vacuum twice a day and mopped every two days. After mopping I can walk in the kitchen and feel absolutely nothing on the bottom of my feet but a clean floor. This never happened before there is always a sticky sound after mopping the old no matter which method I used or cleaning product. Now I just have a clean house and feel always. I was so impressed I bought one for my dad, my mom, and one of my sons. I wish I would have bought when years ago and I never tried other models but I love this one.

This is a very good robot cleaner. It does a great job mopping. I think no on board water tank is the way to go. The robot goes back every 10 minutes and cleans and re wets the mopping pads. It leaves our floors shiny and clean. The mapping is very quick and very good. The navigation is great with the lidar. I had a roomba i7 plus before and this is a way better robot cleaner. I never thought i would want a mopping robot but will never go back. I have had no issues to this point.

Great Vacuum, I definitely recommend it! The Deebot Ecovacs vacuum robot does a great job cleaning different floors like carpets and hardwood. It picks up dust, dirt, and pet hair easily. You can control it with an app, which makes scheduling cleanings simple.

I love this vacuum/mop combo. I bought and returned 2 other robot vacuums before this one. I love my Shark uprights so I tried to stay with Shark. It was awful. This one is quiet, doesn’t bump into things. And gets 90+% of the dirt. I didn’t think I would use the mop. But I LOVE it!! And all of the cleaning options I have to choose from. I live on a farm with 3 inside/outside dogs. So I use it daily. And haven’t had any issues in the few weeks I’ve had it so far.

Great vacuum and mop! I was hesitant it would provide decent mopping, but now we mop once a month manually and the floors stay amazing! I don’t know if I could go back to manually mopping every week again! This is my 3rd mopping robot and is far better than the iRobots I’ve used. And the vacuum is much quieter. The robot seems to know what it is doing and doesn’t aimlessly bump into stuff like the i7 vacuum I also have.

I prefer using this solely to mop and a separate older deebot to sweep. I do not agree with the multiple function capabilities but they do work. By solely mopping I reduce maintenance needs to soley the mopping portion. The results are surprisingly great and its one less chore out the way. I find myself mopping 3x a week because it's so simple and the results are fantastic. Very pleased with this purchase despite the price tag because it's worth it.

I am a techie gadget nerd and an IT professional by career, so I am very picky about devices such as these. I have tried multiple of the newest premium devices, many of which have the water tank on board for the mopping. What people don't seem to think of at times is that by having the water tank on board with the robot, the robot will continue to mop the floor and finish the entire job and then it will go back to the base and then clean the mop heads. However what's different about this unit is that it does not keep the water tank on board with robot and that is by design. What this does is it causes the robot to frequently pause its current job and go back and clean the mop heads fully in between each pause, meaning that less of the dirt and other stains and spills will be spread around throughout the house. This is an excellent design and works very well, and the mapping on this unit is extremely accurate and fast and has had no issues whatsoever. The suction is also premium on this unit in as far as it's able to vacuum with very little effort and does a beautiful job. I completely recommend this particular unit over others that cost even more such as the X2 Omni and the Dreame L20 ultra, both of which have their mopping water tanks on board the robot. Honestly this works much better and I have returned others because I have seen where they spread the mess throughout the job rather than just pick up the mess and then clean intermittently. You really can't go wrong with this unit and it's a no-brainer.

I recently purchased the ECOVACS Robotics DEEBOT T20 OMNI, and it has completely revolutionized the way I approach household cleaning. This device isn't just a robot vacuum; it's a comprehensive cleaning solution, adeptly handling both vacuuming and mopping tasks with remarkable efficiency. First off, the Wi-Fi connectivity is a game changer. The ability to control the DEEBOT T20 OMNI from anywhere using my smartphone is incredibly convenient. Whether I'm at work or running errands, I can easily set it to clean specific areas or an entire room with just a few taps. The cleaning performance is outstanding. The vacuum is powerful enough to pick up all kinds of debris, from pet hair to everyday dust and dirt. Transitioning from hardwood floors to carpets, it doesn't miss a beat. Plus, the mopping function leaves my floors spotless, dealing effectively with sticky messes and dried spills. One feature that stands out is the Self Washing Auto Empty Station. It's amazing how the DEEBOT T20 OMNI automatically cleans its mop pads and empties its dustbin. This not only saves me time but also ensures the robot is always ready for the next cleaning session. The complimentary mix of ease of use and effectiveness makes this vacuum/mop combo one of my favorite purchases of the year. I have used other robo vacuums in the past that have been less then effortless, but the deboot delivers everytime, leaving my flows clean and glowing! I will definitely be recommending this exceptional product to everyone I know.

Did not meet my expectations: Cleaning: Not bad, but I tested it against my old Roomba by running side by sides tests in 2 different rooms. T20 first, then Roomba in room 1; Then Roomba first then T20 in room 2. Roomba won hands down. 2. Also, doesn't come close to mopping close to the wall - leaves at least 2 inches of unmopped floor near every wall/obstacle 3. When it detects a rug and lifts the mop pads, half the time the mop pads have went under the rug, so it traps the rug between the robot & the top of the mop pads and promptly gets stuck. 4. I have a desk with low profile 'feet' extending from the down post and it gets stuck on them about half the time. It is very persistent about climbing over the 'obstacle' instead of backing up, then gets stuck. Mapping: This is the biggest disappointment with the T20. Compared to the Roomba mapping the T20 is far behind. 1. Cannot customize room names. 2. Cannot adjust room walls to reflect reality versus where the T20 thinks walls are. 3. It mapped a large open area as one room, to include the hallway leading off it and it will not allow me to divide into rooms because apparently you must divide from what it has determined is a physical wall versus a 'virtual' wall??? How about letting me help the robot with the layout?? Afterall, half of the large room it thinks it mapped is carpet & the other half is wood...Roomba maps work 100 times better. 4. Partially closing a door so it can get behind it, seems to really confuse the robot. Instead of dynamic adjustments based on a new obstacle it seems to get confused an spins in circles while it constantly tries to get past the door. It eventually gives up and shuts down rather than moving around the room to find the 'new' smaller opening to leave the room. Bottom line, for this price, it should do a much better job. I'm returning it. Hopefully Roomba will come out with a more advanced vacuum/mop combo soon.
