I think if you are a professional and have a pet this is a super useful device to have at home. It vacuum's and Mops my apt when I am away from home and keeps my dog very amused while its doing it. It is priced incredibly well and its super reliable, Its a must buy.

Best vacuum mopping robot EVER. Let me just tell you a little about what I love about this lil machine. The suction is great its got some power to it to pick up everything on the floors. It does carpet hardwood floors and tile. I have all thrre i my home and this super awesome robot does it ALL. I would 9 out of 10 recommend. Easy set up only complaint is that it gets a little too far under my couch corners and gets stuck ( easy scoot to the robot and fixed) but otherwise not a single complaint. I love my Deebot T20 OMNI best decision i made in a long time.

This vacuum is the Mac daddy of all vaccums. The mess my 3 young boys make on the daily keep me cleaning all day everyday until I bought this. I start it on my phone and that’s 1 less thing I have to do. It empties itself and I can sit back. Set up was easy you do have to let it map your house so it can follow the path every time it vaccums. The mopping feature is more of an up keep. You will still have to use a real mop to really make sure your floors are clean. This is worth the money for anyone who has pets or kids!

When you buy a robot vacuum clear and now mop, you want the real deal. I'll start with the negatives which is not necessarily specific to this device but all of these types of devices, if your house is already cluttered or super busy with kids and stuff then this may be a challenge for you to get going in a rhythm. The device is top of the line for sweeping and mopping your home. I would recommend only using it on hard and non-carpeted floors. Some seem to have had success with it being able to work around it but I think wet works best with floors that can handle it. It has many features like the app and so many different options, but the more options and customizations comes more chances for opportunities to break or just not perform correctly. Maybe it is correct but not exactly the way you intend. If you have an oxygen tube or power cords that can move around within your area, then it will totally throw the process or plan off. I think if you have smaller home or a small area where you want to use this and then it is a great idea and purchase to use.

The machine works great but the app is way more complicated than it needs to be. Ecovacs does offer very good support though, and through them I discovered that you can not only scroll down in the setup page, but you can also scroll the cleaning modes bar to the right to reveal a customize mode. This custom mode is what I needed to let me schedule different cleaning preferences on different days. (The other modes all share the same "Cleaning Preference" which selects between vacuum-only, mop-only, vacuum & mop, and mop after vacuum.) So I use the AUTO mode with vacuum-only selected and my customized mode with mop-only selected to schedule vacuum-only the day before it mops. An issue came up where there was a notification that the dust bag was full. I checked the bag and it was nowhere near full. So either it is simply time based or usage based, or Ecovacs just wants to sell more supplies. It does not appear to be based on actual bag fullness.

The DEEBOT T20 can vacuum my entire floor at very competently with the added benefit of being able to mop. It is also very durable, it has survived my cat's abuse and yeeting it onto the floor without a scratch. This is helped by its thick mop pads and good suspension. The side brushes and main roller catch so much hair that they need to be cleaned after every other use. It is amazing what this little bot picks up and cleans. Happy to report that so far the new pads do fix the falling out issue. The rubber roller is indeed better than the older brush designs. The mapping seems to have drastically improved and at this point, the robot leaves the house really clean. There are of course a few odd corners that you'd have to manually vacuum once in a while but that's to be expected. Now that everything is working as intended, I cannot express what a time-saver this thing is and just how much it has allowed me and my wife to enjoy more free time on the weekends. It does its own thing for most of the month and vacuums every other day with the occasional extra mopping session. Once a week, we'll lift things like chairs and other items and allow it to clean the whole house on Auto Mode at the Vacuum then Mop setting. We do the same once a month after we give the house a good dusting so that it cleans after us.

The DEEBOT T20 OMNI was my introduction to robotic vacuums and it made me a huge fan! I wasn't expecting to be as impressed as I am, however, this little robot has been an amazing addition to my household. I have very fluffy pets and they shed like crazy. Before this vacuum, I pretty much had to vacuum every other day to keep up with all the fur. Now I can go a couple of days without needing to empty the bin, which is great if you're lazy like me. I can see emptying the bin less frequently if you don't have as many pets or if you don't live in a really dusty area. The mopping function is pretty good as well! The water is hot and it has brush pads that actually scrub and get rid of built-up dirt. It has had zero issues switching from hard floor to carpet and it has yet to get stuck. The TrueDetect 3D technology has done an amazing job of making sure it doesn't bump into things. The app is pretty good as well. It's very intuitive and you can fully control the vacuum. It has never been easier to set cleaning times! There's no subscription required either. Given this vacuum is so feature-packed and actually does an amazing job, I definitely recommend it!

The Deebot T20 definitely cleans the house, and the mopping feature (and self-cleaning) saves time and effort, but the mapping needs work, and we only get 2 - 3 mops out of the reservoir.

The cleaning performance is impressive and thorough. The new pads solve the problem of falling out and the rubber roller is an improvement over the previous models. The mapping function has also improved significantly and the device covers most of the floor area.

The machine is incredible. It is easy to use and reliable. Highly recommended. It does a very good job.

I purchased this to update my old ecovacs T8. I selected this model because it looked the most similar to what I had. I returned it after less than a week and selected the X2. Here's why. First, the T20 is significantly taller that the T8, it was unable to clean under things the T8 was able to get under. It is also wider, so it didn't clean between chair legs like my T8 used to. Second, I purchased this believing it held water in the unit for mopping, it does not. So all the wetness from the mopping comes from constant returns to the station to be cleaned and return to cleaning. You only have 3 options for time to accomplish this, 10min, 15min, and I believe 6min. This means that after your selected time, the robot will return to the dock to clean and rewet the pads. On the first cleaning, my robot used all the full tank of clean water. That's why I stated in my title that this isn't for large area mopping. My entire floor is wood. Lastly, the mapping is horrible. My old T8 showed a more detailed map, this one turns every room into blocks and doesn't display doorways very well. I don't have images to show the difference so I'll try to explain. I have a rotunda entrance that my T8 displayed perfectly, rounded. The T20 squares the entrance, and additionally adds exterior walls to that map. I really don't like this and the X2 does the same, but the X2 is more precise. Also, the T20 doesn't seem to constantly scan and refine the map. The old T8 was also always refreshing the map, the T20 did not. For these reasons, it went back to the store. The only positive thing I can say is that the mopping is much better than the T8. Other than that, it's a downgrade.

There's a lot of robotic vacuums with mops. This is different. It comes from Deebot, a veteran with robotic veteran. It has dual mops for better mopping, alongwith hot-mopping as well as 3D-mapping which is huge. The robot's True"eye" is a game changer as it can identify common objects and avoid them. Go for it!

I've owned a Deebot for years and it still amazes me how I can turn it on and do other things while it cleans. And, the app alerts me if it needs cleaning or rarely stuck. And, at $400 off ($699 currently), if mine fails, I'm buying this model, comes with self cleaning tank. Wow.

Great product. Don't give 5 stars because it is on the expensive side. It does miracles to my place cleaning after my dogs. If you are looking for a high end vacuum cleaner this is it.

I highly recommend this, as someone with 3 cats and 2 dogs my house was always dirty. I purchased the Omni and I come home to sparkling clean days every day. I set the schedule to clean just before I come home from work and it’s perfect. Highly recommend.

T20 is a grwst combo cleaner tonhave it around and given its recent price reduction, its a no brainer. Vacuum and mopping done to the tee, mapling is better than previous models. Recommended buy.

Fantastic product. The app has some glitches, but for a family of four, makes keeping the house clean a lot easier.

Solid robot vacuum, though prefer if it was black to suit the house. Great emptying mechanism and quiet.
