I have dreamed of having a vacuum to help me keep my floors nice and tidy so with my first decent pay, I spent on myself in getting this product. I have all hardwood floors but three rooms mainly need swept everyday. Every 2-5 minutes the deebot runs, I have to assist. It will run up the legs of my furniture, assist. It will not properly empty the vaccuum despite the vacuum bag not being full, assist. The spin mops pop out, assist. The main brush is tangled (due to vacuum not being emptied properly,) assist. It never fails. I’ve tried everything, my floor plan is very open aside from furniture in place, still yet the Deebot finds a way to have an issue. I’m so disappointed, truly. I can see where they tried and I do find it impressive with the video and bumper technology but it does not achieve what I envisioned the minimum it would achieve which is just to function….

It's my first time buying a product from them. I think they could have sent another one instead of making me wait so long because of a problem between them and mail service.Their response to this problem shows that I cannot count on their customer a service a lot for a product that inherently requires maintenance.
