So far so good! I like the vacuum and mopping combination, and I find the mapping algorithm and cleaning process to be reasonable. I don't really like the fact that it says water only (no cleaning products at all, and I use distilled water, but I am sure that many put at least something in the tank. Also app has nice features Regarding, keep in mind that I bought this at about the $550-$600 price point.

The vacuum works great and avoids obstacles. Once it’s mapped the home, does a great job navigating. Not very impressed with the mopping feature, but I mainly got it for the vacuum so doesn’t bother me.

The T8 AVI, didnt live up to everything i understood and read. I have an N8 pro, same brand. I beleive it does better at avoiding items and not getting stuck than this vacuum. I didn't expect perfection, but nor did i expect it to get caught on almost every cord in the house, even large ext. Cords. It then tells you to move them and run it again. I really expected it to do much better than the cheaper model even after 3 firm ware updates... but it was well worse at avoiding items than the N8, and i cant really figure out the differences between the standard N8 and T8? Love to know. I like the N8, but saw this on sale and thought it would be an upgrade, but im returning it instead.

After almost 6 months of frequent use this device has made itself a part of our home. The app seems well designed, the vac itself seems well built. The ability to mop is a boon and we've not had any problems with ours freaking out in mopping mode. That said, it's mopping performance is modest at best and won't remotely fool anybody into thinking you were on hands and knees scrubbing the floor. That said, since there is almost no effort involved you can mop every day or every few days if you want. Kind of a quality vs quantity trade off. I would like to get the enhanced mopping attachment. The biggest pleasant surprise has been how much hair it consistently gets from our 2 carpeted rooms (we have a cat) even when running multiple times a week. It doesn't get stuck very often but it does seem prone to sucking in speaker cables and power cords etc. Also, it can be very slow. Mopping in particular seems to take ages and while it does eventually cover every inch of the area it's a little exasperating to watch it wander around and frequently inch back and forth through obstacle filled areas like under the table. For our couch I had to draw an exclusion zone because it insisted on getting under the couch EVERY time it ran and then getting stuck. But it honors the exclusion well.

I just wanted to write this review and help it is helpful for people looking for their ideal vacuum. I have a 2600 square foot home, and this vacuum does and amazing and quick job at mapping and efficiently cleaning my home. Before I made this purchase I had the s9 plus which was a good vacuum, but it was plagued with bugs, and always had a issue of remembering were it is at in the home. The s9 plus was returned due to not working and I purchased this vacuum and do not regret my decision. I will also be purchasing the vacuum base and scrubbing attachment.

Great robot vacume. Navigates my home very well and does a good job at cleaning. I linked it to my Alexa service and it makes it very easy to use with voice commands. Would recommend.

First off reason for 4 stars not five, if and when they come out with an auto empty bin then I will move it to 5 I think. I have herd around June, but with all this virus stuff who knows. We started with Irobot S9+ thru Best buy was supposed to pick up at store, went to store again this virus stuff started ended up waiting 3 hours told store to keep it, ordered Irobot I7+, did not work sent it back, must say I did like the customer service (very good). wife got Shark IQ worked well but very slow. Think good if you have a small place. Been looking at the Ecovac T8 called them twice not sure of customer service thats why I went thru Best Buy Geek Sqd. If I have a problem I will go though Best Buy, But so far I like it. You can actually watch it map (Shark Horrible map) Ecovac T8 is pretty fast it maped out 3/4 of our house in the 3 hour run. I sent it back to the charger thinking it would run out of juice (my mistake) stopped the map making process. from what I can tell you need to go into the setting and click on continuous cleaning, when the T8s battery goes into the red it will go back to recharge and then go back where it left off. After one day ya I like it.

I never write reviews but this thing is amazing. We've had it for two weeks in our house with 2500 sq ft of wood floors. We run it every night and wake up to spotless floors. Programmed it to run in the kitchen after every meal our toddler has, since he is prone too sharing his meals with the floor. It navigates well underneath the table, including under and around the chairs. The only negative is the app is not good. Like, super buggy and not intuitive. Who cares, once you get it figured out your life becomes much easier as Rosie the robot cleans up after you. Just wish I had one for the lawn.

After several Roomba products (of the same model) failed to meet my expectations, this Deebot worked out great. It vacuums great and I like the fact it has two side brushes. The mopping is adequate (perhaps purchasing the mop upgrade would make it better). Two minor annoyances. One, the mapping is instant and you can see where the bot is at all times. However, getting it to properly save your map initially can prove challenging. Two, it likes to get up on one of my gel mats in the kitchen, but it will not get back off of it due to it thinking it's near a cliff. I set up a no-go zone and it's fine now. If you have a door closed and it cannot get to the room after a few cleaning sessions, it may remove the room from its schedule. The security camera mode is cool. Overall, love Dexter (its name) and how he cleans up the place.

Recently purchased this one and upgraded from T5 model. This is awesome and great robot. It mops and vaccum pretty well.

This product has exceeded my expectations. I purchased the Ozmo T8 AIVI after returning a mop only robot made by a very reputable company. Unfortunately the other device could not transition over even the smallest of thresholds. The Ozmo T8 AIVI has ZERO issues with transitions and even entered into a room that I counted out as impossible. With my previous mop, mapping was a tedious and time consuming process. The technology on the Ozmo T8 AIVI allowed this device to almost completely map a room as it simply passed by the open door when travelling the hallway. It did not even have to enter and the map was 80% complete and accurate. Immediately upon entering a room the map is nearly exact and the device travels in an efficient manner as it cleans. The vacuum does an exceptional job of cleaning. If put on MAX+ I would definitely consider this a "deep clean". Its amazing how it picks up the finest dirt particles. The mopping mode serves its purpose and definitely keep your floors looking good if you first do an old fashion good mopping. I've never tried to have the Ozmo tackle a set in stain on my floors, but I don't imagine it would have much success if I tried. However, I've found that if you regularly run the both the vacuum and mop, the floors definitely stay looking amazing. Our routine is to run the vacuum first on Max+ suction, and then follow up later in the day with the mop attachment and the vacuum set on standard or quiet mode. This seems to be the best combo for us having a pug, 9 month old, and 2 year old. Lastly, I've yet to have the Ozmo get "stuck" or need our assistance. It has never been unable to return to its docking station which we very orthodoxically placed in our master bedroom due to having small children constantly in the larger areas such as the living room or dining room. A couple of times, the map has needed adjustment after a run when it combined our master bedroom and bathroom as one room. It took only a few seconds to create a divider and label this as two separate areas back as I originally had it. The battery power is more than sufficient to cover 2000+ square feet with two cleaning passes in the high traffic living room as well as dining room/kitchen. All in all, I am very satisfied with this device. I've owned multiple iRobot products, and this hands down appears to have the best technology I've experienced thus far.

Don’t know what I did without one of these things. I went for a top line just because that’s what I normally do. It’s a great vacuum that cleans up well especially with a dog tracking dirt in and out of house. It travels well over the strip between the tile and laminate flooring. I haven’t tried it upstairs on carpet yet but mostly bought it for the downstairs flooring. The added feature of a camera is kind of cool but really only have used it to see what my dog is up to while at work. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is that the mopping feature does a minimal job. If ended up doing a quick hand mop after it vacuumed and I really don’t see using this feature as it’s faster to actually mop than wait for it to perform this function. But overall, I’m very happy with how I am able to program this to run and keep my floors constantly clean.

The Deebot Ozmo T8 Aivi is a really good product with a learning curve. The deebot still gets lost from the base once in a while and will s/d if sensors need cleaning. I am still learning how to streamline it. It vacuums great and the mop feature does well.

The vacuum is great, the “mop” on the other hand is more like a light wipe. We do love how convenient it is and driving it around controlling it with your phone to check on the dog while at work is a plus. Overall very happy with the purchase.

Always wanted one of these but waited until the bugs were worked out. I have friend who's early years robotic vacuum always gets stuck and has to be freed. Didn't want to deal with that. After purchasing a new home I did some research and settled on Ecovac. I have had it for about 1 month and it has been fantastic. Love it! After about 4 or 5 tours of my home it mapped out everything and just gets down to business when told. Does a great job.

I am new to the robot vacuum world but I am very pleased that I did get a robot vacuum. This model does a very good job finding it's way around the room and vacuums very nicely. I would definitely recommend it to other people.

Love this! MUCH better than our older Roomba model. Maps the entire site and cleans ALL, every time. Our Roomba was hit and miss on if it would clean an area.

I have not used it very much but, so far, so good. It has good navigation through the house and has not got caught up in cables etc. The water tank for mopping is adequate and it seems to do a good job cleaning

Pros > It looks and feel like it was built in high quality plastic > Feels very durable Cons: It comes with great features but software is buggy. >Cannot see wires. > Does not see anything on top only what is in front. > Still not able to determine certain items and it will keep bumping into it > Software is where i gave up on the Item since my app was not able to activate the vacuum. Conclusion: only had it for 2.5 weeks and I returned the item due to frustration of the software and vacuum not able to determine certain items. Still not smart enough to determine different objects
