So far, I highly recommend this robot. I’ve had it for a little over a month, and I’m still learning how it can make my life easier. I wish the app was a bit more user-friendly or that it showed how to do some of the things the robot is supposed to do. I use it basically every day for vacuuming and at least once a week for mopping. I have yet to figure out how to get it to mop my master bath, since it has to go from hardwood to carpeting to the vinyl bathroom flooring. I do like how methodical it is — it does a perimeter and then goes back to clean sections. I had a Shark - IQ Robot Self-Empty XL RV1001AE, but it just bounced all over the place, so I returned it and got this Ecovacs.

Much quiter than my neat and navigates so much better. I can map a room in just a few min.

Product is dead after a year and a half (warranty is only a year). Device responds as if it works, but it doesn't actually move. Ecovacs support consists of sending me to a third party repair company that offers an even worse (200 day) warranty. I'm done throwing good money after bad.

Great product. Low noise level. Excellent vacuum and mopping system

Love it it cleans very well! One of the many that we like it is because we have three animals and they have toys all over the house this robot can go around them and continue cleaning. It lets you know where is and when it needs cleaning. The app is very easy to navigate and set up. We are so happy that we choose this vacuum.

Thing runs constantly and still does an excellent job.

It does a great job vacuuming. not so good on mopping. Maps out areas really good.

Gosh what can I say. This little robot changed our lives. We have a 3400 square foot house and this thing has kept our floors super clean. We have two dogs and work from home. It’s night and day from us mopping and sweeping. We couldn’t keep up until the weekend so all week we would feel dirt on our feet. Now we have it run at night and mopped a few times. The floors are spotless. The app is easy to use once you get it figured out, drawing the no go lines is a little hard. Not sure why, the app won’t pick it up on the first try. It will eventually just isn’t super easy. The robot can get a little loud so I wouldn’t have it on during a phone meeting, but that the same time it does my office in 10 mins. The floors have never looked better. I would get one of these if you want to not worry about your floors again. It’s that awesome!

This is the same and better than the iRobot S9+ Navigation and just plain not getting stuck is way better Picking up dog hair, dog food, normal crumbs and such from daily life…right about the same And really that’s all you need to know. Save some money and get this.

I've had three or four robot vacuum cleaners over the years; all some of the best of their era. This one is remarkably better than those have been. It does a good job. It is quiet. It interfaces with Google Home well. The mapping is excellent. The AI camera seems pretty good. It deals with our cats well, also. The security camera feature is more gimmicky than practically useful, in my view. I have not tried the mopping feature yet (I've been using it for maybe a month so far) and was just a bonus; I bought this one due to other features. I don't own the self-emptying bin, but I plan on buying that eventually. Having said all of that, I did get one that had a bad lidar unit straight out of the box. I was frustrated by that for sometime trying to get it to work until giving up and calling support, who diagnosed it as a bad unit, which meant that I had to return it for another new one. But the second one has been excellent.

combo vacuum and mop is very helpful. easy to set up. the app takes time to learn but easy enough.

I liked it a lot but it did get tangled up in cords. It did seem to get stuck more frequently then I thought it would especially with the camera. I did use it at night when everyone was sleeping. Apparently the camera needs the lights on for it to vacuum efficiently. The mop function was useless for the most part. I ended up returning it and buying the roomba. It makes a huge difference whit a self emptying bin!

works well with small carpets which was a problem with our old Samsung unit. Navigates around our house with ease. Like the ability to Mark no go zones on the house map. became Tangled in speaker wires under TV stand, easy to fix with the no go Zone

This one very better than other ones, smother and easy to use

I love this vacuum! I got it after getting a dog that sheds and it keeps my house clean and neat. My only gripe is that sometimes that same dog bumps the dock and that can reset the map. But it cleans well and keep me sane.

The vacuum is very good and can run very quiet. Mop feature needs work though

This was the best purchase I did in a long time. Working full time and getting home to make dinner etc utilizing this makes my job so much easier. I truly enjoy that it mops too. My own personal assistant.

My wife absolutely loves it. It has a powerful suction. Have only used the mop cycle a couple of times but seems to work well. We’ve only had it for 2 weeks so we will see how it does. One regret is not buying the empty station.

Best robot vacuum I’ve ever seen. Don’t know how I’ve been living without it. Super easy to set up very easy to control my house is clean that all the time now you have a friend

Can’t use anything useful on the app until it completes a full cleaning. If you have a place you don’t want it to go you can’t use the “Virtual Fence” until it has gone there. I had to physically block an area and it finally mapped the house and allows me to pick spots to clean but still no virtual fence. I think the laser believes there is something behind the boards we used to block the area since they were only high enough to keep the bot out but not it’s laser vision. Anyway don’t expect just to plug in and walk away and expect it to work. Also it got lost in the hall trying to get back to the charger - for no reason. It had found its way back several times before. Do not interrupt the cleaning the first time for any reason and cross your fingers. Also if you have weak or non existent WiFi anywhere it will not complete the map so you won’t be able to tell it not to go where WiFi is weak.
