Really love this vacuum, it can run at night when the house is pitch dark is so nice, ever one that we have ever tried can’t run at night without lights on.

I like how the robot only needs water to clean the hardwood floors and it does a very nice job. The cleaning it does in the carpet is outstanding. I’m glad i bought it.

I like it. It does a good job cleaning. The app needs improvements with mapping different floors. It's a smart robot compared to the others I tried. I am pleased.

In love. You have to realize this isn't Rosey the Robot, but with that in mind it's quite amazing. Hoping BBY adds the auto-bin and other accessories soon

This is the first robot vacuum I have ever purchased, and I am very displeased to say the least. It's been nothing but a pain. I bought this vacuum to mop and vacuum my gym floors, and it's been disappointing. I don't see how this thing can mop floors effectively with such a small reservoir, and does a pretty bad job of actually cleaning; it's very inconsistent. The vacuum seems to work okay, but the robot goes over the same area multiple times, leaving large sections of areas untouched; it's VERY inefficient. It gets stuck around obstacles and furniture often, and fails to find it's charging dock half the time. I have to babysit this thing while it works, so what's the point...might as well just do the vacuuming myself. I still have to mop the floors manually too. This is a very expensive experiment that I would not recommend anyone purchase (unless you have a small room with nothing in it). Do not buy.

This is the best device I bought for my house. It vacuums and mops very well, I am really glad with this purchase.

After I had used this vacuum for almost ten months, I came to a few hiccups. The vacuum keeps on replacing my house map; it has some difficulty moving from an area with a wood panel of about a quarter to half an inch; it needs some cleaning every a few uses, but then yesterday, it came to an end. The app advised me to work on my main brush because it was tangled, but I have changed it because it has reached max hours and needs some replacement, which I did. However, it gave me the same error message, which I troubleshoot with the customer service of Deebot, they are responsive but still it did not resolve the problem. This cost me a lot but it has failed everything, it was a good use for some few months but for $700+?? This should be a high tech vacuum machine that can last for years! I need my refund!

I got a couple for my main level and basement. Excellent quality and price. Must have for any home.

The software and mapping is really bad. The map continues to reset and you have to remap. The vacuum power is good. It actually cleans. But not worth $800.00

The worst 700 dollars you can spend. With every update this vacuum gets worse. Its so bad. I wish best buy would let me return it becuase it worked fine at first but like i said the updates have been messing everyrhing up and the app is horrible.

The camera function is fantastic. I cant believe how well it works

I've been testing the ECOVACS, DEEBOT OZMO T8 AIVI robot vacuum and mop for the past week and I absolutely love it! I have hardwood floors which I have to clean daily because my two dogs like to track dirt and leave paw prints around the house.  The first thing I loved about it is the performance. It navigated the house and vacuumed better than ANY robot vac I have used in the past. It is the first one I used, that really does house mapping and obstacle avoidance. It's the first one that found every square inch of accessible flooring and cleaned it. Which brings me to the second thing, It mopped! Not only did it mop, it did a pretty good job at it, with one caveat. This is not a true mop, it is more like a floor polisher. It absolutely will pick up all the dust and dog hair, clean all the paw/shoe prints and leave your floor with a nice streak free shine. However, it is not going to clean an egg of your floor or pickup spilled milk. Some other things I liked are; it was easy to put together. The app shows you where it is in real time and shows you the path it has already cleaned. It worked with my smart hub and It came with spare brushes and a filter.  If you are in the market for a robot vacuum/mop to take care of daily cleaning while you only focus on big spills, I highly recommend you start with this one.

I want to say, it did not work for our house, since we have small steps the T8 could not overcome. Another thing I don't like is how extremely invasive of privacy it is. If you don't download the app, and pretty much give permission to do everything that they want, the t8 won't do its job. It was not what I was looking for... sadly.
