I am experiencing problem with loosing maps every other week so Ineed to re-map whole house over and over again. It turned into huge trouble. The reason we all get robot vacuums is to make it easy on us not make it difficult. I had Roborock for 2 years and not even once I experienced problem with maps. So imagine you need to clean particular room and your machined is stranded because of a problem with basically software. Do yourself a favors and avoid headaches!

Once it has mopped the floor 9 out of 10 times it wont enter the station. (Water on the pads and the way the station is a little hill would make the pads slide )

Good thing I have Best Buy's tech program so I can just get another one every 9 months. They do not work and they do not see electrical cords. I have been using DeeBots for a few years now. The only reason is Best Buy will give me another one when this one breaks in a few months

This is the worst product I have ever purchased. Incredibly difficult to program and train. It gets stuck in low pile carpeting and gets lost in our home that is only 2,100 square feet. We spend more time cleaning the robot than it spends cleaning our house. I will be taking it back to the store and the Geek Squad can figure out if it is defective or if it is just a defective design. We haven't even tried using the floor mopping feature. Really disappointed...
