This vaccume is very nice i’ve been testing it for couple weeks now, No complaints at all if you are tired of sweeping and mopping and the majority of your floors are not carpet give it a try!

I've owned several robot vacuums and I can say nothing comes close to this Ecovacs robot. I've used it for a few days now and am completely blown away with how well this robot works and how dead simple Ecovacs made the whole process. Out of the box this thing is huge. I've had one other self emptying robot vac and the base station for the X1 dwarfs my old base station. This is largely due to the fact that this base station has two massive water tanks to fill and empty the robots on board water tank used to mop hard surfaces. The robot itself is sleek and feel sturdy and very high quality. Packed with every feature imaginable, this robot really is the most advanced smart home device I've ever used. Setting the Robot up was so simple. I followed the instructions in the app, plugged in the base station, connected to wifi and used Ecovacs built in voice assistant "He Yikko" to tell the vacuum to get started. It then made it's way around my house quickly mapping out the entire house room by room. Gone are the days where you have to wait through several full vacuum cycles to get a map of your house. Within 15 minutes the app was updated with an almost perfect map of my house, it even recognized the toilet in the bathroom. After getting the map of the house, I popped on the mop brushes and sent the vac on its way cleaning my house. There were a few things I was really surprised with. The first being how quickly it made its way around my house. It was considerably faster than my old robot and still cleaned just as well if not better. The second was the X1's ability to identify changes in the floor. When you have the mop brushes on the X1 easily identifies transitions to rugs or carpets and knows not to go there and try to mop your carpet. I was also shocked at just how well it cleaned after its first full run. The first run the X1 wandered around finding every wall and moving in what fell like no logical way. But at the end it did clean the house. But every time after that this thing moved like a well oiled machine, starting at the back of the house and moving room by room making straight lines through the whole floor. I will say my floors have not looked this good in a long time. I decided to really test out the X1 by starting it without cleaning up the shoes and toys my kids left all over the house and not opening all the doors all the way. I was again shocked to watch the X1 roam through the house, dodging socks and dolls and finding its way through a half opened door to go about its business. It really only tripped up once by sucking up a white barbie dress, which to be honest is understandable. I've learned the X1's base water tank will last about 4 cycles of mopping by about 1000 sq ft of hardwood, which seems very nice. Emptying the dirty water is quick and simple and man was it full of dirty water. I have no doubt this think is cleaning after looking at the water. It really is a start and forget kind of robot that will do everything you need it to and exceed all your expectations. But the fun doesn't stop at mopping and vacuuming. The X1 has a few other little features that just add to the fun. The first being the build in voice assistant. I wasn't expecting very much, since usually proprietary voice assistants don't work as well as Google or Alexa, but this this is pretty cool. It's faster to respond than any assistant I've used and works great for getting the X1 started and has fun little features like yelling at your X1 to come clean by your feet. There is also a built in camera and speaker on the front of the X1 that lets you use the X1 like a sentry if you want it to roam your house to keep an eye on things while you are away. It's an interesting feature and a neat little addition. I can't say I've gotten a ton of use out of it, but how cool is that my vacuum has a camera. Really the only thing I had any problems with was I wanted to put cleaning solution in the water used to mop, but Ecovacs recommends you only use it's cleaning solution. Only problem is, I can't find anywhere that the cleaning solution is sold. It's not even available on Ecovacs website, which is really strange. Overall, this thing has it all. I don't think you'll find a more advanced robot vacuum, which makes sense given this things price tag. If you have the space for the massive base station, I will say you won't be disapointed.

It's great - when it works. But it is constantly going off line. I have to delete the app and machine and start over/re-activate it at least 2x month. Now the mopping function is broken entirely and I only bought it three months ago. The company wants me to ship it back to them but won't provide a box ( I threw mine out) and that means I will have to pay to find a box/box it up and be without it for 3+ weeks. For $1,500 I expect a whole lot better treatment than that. Also - the battery doesn't last more than about an hour. My house is almost 3K square feet, so it never gets through the whole house in a day as it has to keep going back to charge, then go back out to clean/mop, then go back to charge, etc. I would NOT buy it again, no matter how convenient it is.

WOW! I have a roomba i7+ and a brava jet. The roomba did a great job and the brava jet was ok. I replaced them with the Omni X1. I did a lot of research on vac/mops This one had a great rating, but still wasnt sure. I purchased at best buy on a great sale. Brought it home. App was a little cumbersome to set up. But once set up, this worked great. I am very impressed with this robot so far. I have two dogs and now my daughter moved in with her dog. My floors have never looked better. There are a couple other models that I considered but chose this one for the self emptying water and the self emptying bag feature in the base. I have a 4000 sft home with all wood floors on te first floor. Don't overlook this one. Highly recommend!!!

It started malfunctioning and would turn off when it got to the same spot every time. Reset fixed the issue. Then the main brush was tangled making it unable to drive, bought a OEM brush and still said it was tangled. Letting it run with no brush fixed the issue. Final issue is the driving wheels are jammed making it unable to drive. Both wheels can be moved and have no debris in them. But still it won’t leave the station. Too expensive to last a short 13 months. Ecovacs customer support offered no help besides sending it in for repair at my expense. Utterly disappointed.

Great product. Does exactly what it's meant to do.

This is the best purchase from Best Buy so far, keeps the house clean and you can schedule it to clean different rooms on different days, it also has a camera built into the robot to remotely monitor your home

I like it but I have to do the set up again every other week because it loses the connection with the wifi network (att). The app is not very usable too. Clearly they’ve not invested much in software and connectivity and it shows. Returning it after a month or so.

Has been working great. Super easy to swap to mopping mode the sweeper works very well. Wish the mapping worked a bit better I have odd walls and the virtual boundaries don’t set at angles. Battery has been lasting really well. Only changes I would like to see When dust bin full on robot return to station to empty. Instead of using bags use a bin for the station Easier to see the built in bin on vacuum

An excellent vacuum robot that does everything automatically - vacuums, empties the dirt, mops, washes and dries the mop pads automatically, and does an excellent job at cleaning.

Finally a robot that does it all. It mop and vacuums well. It is intelligent in its design and practical in the way it performs it’s task. It is to expensive l, but works really well.

Enjoying this vacuum very much. Vacuums hard floor and carpet well.

Really like the fact that the unit empties and refills itself without needing me to do anything. So far it navigates better with random furniture and items by not getting stuck like past robots.

Great robot so far. I purchased to see how it mopped the floors. I have hardwood and tile thru out the house. Impressed so far. Need a stronger fragrance solution for cleaning.

The unit I purchased has had a “Cleaning sink not emptying” issue. This has happened twice since I purchased it August 2022. By October 2023, no troubleshooting will work. I contacted Ecovacs and they said I am responsible for the repair cost. It’s 7 weeks out of warranty. I contacted them before about same issue while it was under warranty. Other performance comments- it does not get close to floor edges as the Roborock or Shark and leaves laminate floors wetter. I do like that the mop gets floors clean. For a $1300 Vacuum I do not recommend.

DEEBOT is the greatest!! I tried to hire housekeeping help, but they were way too expensive, and floors are what I need the most help with. He will pay for himself in 4 months!!

The robotic vacuum I purchased did not preform as advertised.

From the date of putchsse the robot vac/mop has worked perfectly. Mapped was a freeze and the cleaning has made a huge difference in my house.
