Very happy finally a robot that can clean well and mop excelente

Really enjoy the vacuum so far. Only issue is the amount of dog hair that gets tangled around the roller-brush. The app and settings are nice, however I'm having issues dividing rooms up. Overall not bad.

Cleans better than I expected. It takes time to learn how to operate. I wish you didn't have to remove mopping pads in order to vacuum.

Lifesaver! With 2 dogs and two kids, we find ourselves vacuuming everyday and mopping every couple of days. This has saved us so much time and it does a great job with maintenance cleaning. We still give it a good deep clean occasionally, but the ecovacs has been an outstanding addition at home

For the latest upgrade, its doesnt say much for Ecovacs not to keep up the editing of your room names like it does on lower less expensive models like 10Tplus

This is my first robot cleaner and I'm still trying to figure out how to use it. Product looks like a good well made products

If you want a robot vac that spreads dirt and hair instead of cleaning it, look no further! Bonus is that the mom also doesn't work. You'll get plenty of messages to buy additional products from them though!

Good for the first few months Just after 1 year it started to acting up It won return to base And now it does not drain water from the cleaning sink. A lot of money for a vacuum tat only will work for a little over a year

ABSOLUTE TRASH. Do not spend $1500 on this piece of crap. NO customer support. Cannot speak to a manager. Can't get anywhere with Best Buy because it's past 30 days, and I'm left with a vacuum that doesn't work. $1500 down the drain. Shame on you, Ecovacs.

could be better in scanning area where its falls in bathroom steps. Also can jump above a small rug to vacuum it.

This is the first mopping robot that actually doesn’t suck. It’s about 90% as effective as doing it yourself. The only gotcha here is that the width of the mop isn’t as wide as the unit itself so the mopping area is always a couple inches from the wall.

Not impressed. Bad battery life. Doesnt pick up small stuff.

Excellent product! It quite expensive but is worth it. The mopping feature is great and cellphone app to control all commands is great. The only comment will be to have available accessories for detergent included.

Not worth the money! This vacuum has more problems with mapping and avoiding obstacles. It constantly tries to remap the house. It deletes rooms from the map. It tries to go through the sliding doors and include the outside deck as a room. It also does not avoid obstacles. We try to make sure the floor is clear but there will occasionally be charging cords hanging out of the outlet on to the floor or a sock on the floor and it will get all tangled up on these things. It is supposed to have better LiDAR than other products but it does not do a good job avoiding things and it frequently gets lost and can’t find its way back to the base. Overall, it’s a terrible product for the price tag of over $1000.

Packaging is nice, and the mop seams to work but one of the brushes was missing. There are suppose to be 2, and only had 1. Contacted support same evening and they told me to contact Best Buy. Contacted Best Buy and they told me to return it. Spending $1,000 on a robot vacuum and it have a crucial part missing is not ok. Deebot support said they would get in touch with me but havent received any emails or confirmation they are sending me a brush. I have had the item less than 24 hours.
