This deebot is amazing. I have owned most of the major robot vacuum brand and this exceeds all of them. It doesn't just bumb into things and get stuck all the time. It a technology is great.

It doesn’t pick up cheerios unless I crunch them down. Runs over wires and misses a lot when vacuuming. The mopping is pretty good but that’s it. The app has a huge bug that doesn’t allow you to customize the map.

Piece of junk, I’ve had my vacuum for a month and it has stopped charging!!! Ver unhappy with this purchase. Now I’m stuck paying for a 1,100 vacuum that doesn’t work.

Love it!! It make simple and ez to setup can’t complain work good for now let’s c what will happen on the future build quality pretty good hope it last long :-)

Do not buy this - also I didn’t realize they only gave 15 days to return. It broke after that and they said they will exchange but not return - I don’t want the product because it’s garbage but they are making me new the trash

Over the years I’ve had the opportunity to try several robot vacuums, but nothing has come close to the ECOVACS Robotics DEEBOT X1 OMNI Robot Vacuum & Mop. This unit offers so many features and outperforms all previous units and it also includes a mop feature! What’s in the box: - DEEBOT X1 OMNI vacuum and mop robot - OMNI auto-emptying and auto-cleaning station - Extra dust bag - Extra pair of mopping pads - Cleaning brush - User manual When it arrived the size of the box was a little surprising, I was nervous about how big this robot might be. Once unboxed, it is actually a very manageable size for our home. We have a perfect spot in our family room for the base unit which provides access to all the hardwood and tile flooring on the main level. Setup: There are extensive instructions included (user manual) that are easy to follow and made the initial setup a breeze. Ecovacs has done an amazing job of simplifying the setup process for the non-technical user. Both the Deebot (vacuum) and the Omni station (base – instructions attached) require setup. The base needs to be plugged in and the clean water tank filled. The DEEBOT should be fully charged before initial use. The side brushes and mop pads can be installed at this point or left off for initial mapping of the required spaces. Once the area is mapped a 2D or 3D map is available, rooms can be identified, and zones can be setup and customized as desired. There are numerous settings available based on user preferences. Cleaning: The DEEBOT X1 simply outperforms any previous robot vacuums I have owned. The unit runs quietly, and the mopping performance far exceeded my expectations. We have a small dog that keeps us on our toes in terms of cleaning the hardwood and tile flooring and it’s now a snap. We get approximately 3-4 cleanings out of a tank and the clean up between uses is very manageable. Pros: - Easy to set up and use - ECOVACS app is user friendly and packed with features - Cleaning capabilities of the mopping function are outstanding - Great build quality and design of vacuum and base unit - Very quiet and mostly self-sufficient - Video feature – we are on the road quite often and have used this feature for checking on our home while away Cons: - The base unit works in our home, but could see it being large for smaller spaces Overall: The ECOVACS Robotics DEEBOT X1 OMNI Robot Vacuum & Mop is a top-quality product packed with valuable and user-friendly features. It’s probably the smartest “smart” device we own but is a breeze to setup and operate. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a robot vacuum with mopping capabilities.

What a wonderful help this little robot is to my daily housework. I feel like I have my own personal maid helping me out.

It really does wonders it works so good it amazing. Cleans my whole house in about ans hour and 3o min!!!! Its amazing i love it

Works ok, saves a lot on mopping. Voice control is still a little iffy! Hope it will have longivity, so far does the job.

Top of the Line, The only that would is bad that you dont how much water the robot has or if has pick up water

Was hard to get hooked up to our wireless internet but once that was done it has been working great.

Okay, let's get this out of the way: This vacuum is EXPENSIVE. But with that expense, you get so much. 1) It has configurable levels of suction power and this came in handy for some more difficult jobs. 2) The tech! Oh, the technology is fantastic. It homes perfectly. It mapped my floor's layout pretty accurately. It has cameras that allow you to see what it's doing. It can tell the difference between regular floors and carpeting (and updated the map accordingly). It gives live updates of where it is. 3) Once the vacuum is done with its job, it returns to home where it then sucks the dirt into a vacuum bag stored in the home base. This allows the robot to actually handle more capacity before you have to empty it. 4) Mopping. Yes, it even mops. And when it's done, it returns to the base, cleans its mop pads and replaces the dirty water. 5) Easy to empty. The vacuum bag and water tanks are easy to access. I only tried one mop job, and it was OK. It didn't do well on tougher jobs, and the vacuum had some problems with some debris tucked in tight corners. But otherwise it did a fantastic job. The companion software was also pretty good. I can even move the robot around, without vacuuming anything, via remote control - and honestly, I really like the camera function. I was upstairs and could watch as it moved about the living room. This will come in handy when I'm out of town. Plus you can schedule regular cleaning jobs. The home base is pretty big, although not as monstrous as I thought it would be from the pictures. But is also holds clean and dirty water tanks, a vacuum bag, and some storage space for accessories. Again, despite the cost, this robot vac might just be what you're looking for. Seriously, it's put together well, works well, and it really seems like the manufacturer thought through what this product should do. I love it!

Worst decision i ever made! Great in the beginning and almost a year later - total junk! So dissapointing.

Product is very good. one of the best techs. Though I was a bit disappointed with it moping. my timed floor was left with water on it I just saved my self from slipping and falling.

Does an excellent job. Quiet. Maintenance free. Best purchase we have made for robot floor cleaner.

This thing has done wonders for my house with 3 animals. No more hair all over my floors!
