Amazing robot, I love the fact that it auto empties its bin into the holder and the laser mapping is so helpful in mapping out my house using obstacle avoidance.

This is my dreambot, If you read the other ev iews you will see all the reasons.I'm only up to the Ozmo for now, but this will be my next purchase. What i love the best about Ecovacs is the efficient work they do, and the clean house and air with very little dus to be found when you schedule the work.

Hands down, this is the worst vacuum I’ve ever owned, and in the top 3 worst purchases made. For $1,500 I had high expectations and it delivered for the first 90 days. After that it just because a source of headache. The mapping features won’t save, it constant disconnects from wifi, the main brush stops spinning, it constantly “gets lost” and can’t find the station, and leaves so much mess on the floor. Nearly every morning I have to hunt for this piece of junk to find where it decided to stop working, while most of the house is left unvacuumed. The voice commands only work when you are NOT speaking to it, the bag claims to be full even when it’s empty, it often says “return to charge” right after starting a job, and has destroyed my rugs by pulling threads out and getting tangled. I bought all new parts last month, because it was claiming everything was “heavily worn”, scrubbed it inside and out, and have gone so far as to sanitize the base, hoping for any resolution for all its problems. Now it just refuses to complete a job, and I find myself yelling at the dumb computer voice throwing errors my way every time I touch the thing. I wish I stuck with the iRobot vacuum systems I was familiar with instead of trying to “upgrade”. The only thing increased was price and frustrations. Love yourself enough to choose something else!

Purchased in late 2022. Worked great for two years and then the mop portion broke in Jan. 2025. I replaced with a Roborock in early 2025 which seems to be far superior to the Ecovac. Considering the price point of the ecovac, I would NOT purchase again. It’s a shame it broke right after the two year warranty I purchased. Technical support/repair is a joke. Look no further than the Ecovacs YouTube channel to confirm how bad their support is.

Such a good experience with this product. I normally dread doing the floors and sweeping them because mopping is so tedious, and I don't like emptying the bins, but while I'm at work the DEEBOT runs and I come home to a fully cleaned apartment! Amazing.

This is cutting edge, next generation technology. With Laser mapping - while more pricey then I would like in a vacuum, but definitely WoW.

I purchased Deebot and iRobot and tried them both. Quickly returned iRobot because my it wasn’t as fast or as impressive at mapping my home. Plus, I was going to buy 2 iRobot devices (a vacuum and a mop) to do what my single Deebot vaccum and mopping device can do.

Good goood goood and excellent. Clean very good and fast.

Can’t complain! Vacuum does what it’s supposed to, like with most robot vacuums though it’s not a substitute for an actual vacuum.

This is cutting edge next generation robotic vacuum. With laser mapping and object recognition. A bit pricey but WoW.

I have never thought that it will be that wonderful. Vaccum n mop together . Your floor will shine after mopping by using just plain water. Smart n itelligent device . Works on voice command. Highly recommended.
