So, this is the second one of these we have purchased. We bought one for our downstairs after our remodel because my wife has a lot of back issues and mopping was a real challenge sometimes. I was skeptical of the price tag but I read a lot of reviews and so we invested in one. Here we are a few months later purchasing one for the upstairs too. Honestly, this thing is a game changer. It's much quieter than our old roomba and it really works. Now, I'm not saying that it's 100% perfect, sure it may miss a bit of dirt here or there, or the map may need a little bit of editing, but my floors have never looked better with so little effort. Pro Tip: Make sure you empty the dirty water reservoir immediately after you mop. Trust me you'll thank me later :)

I absolutely Love this Robot Vaccum and believe me i waited for a very long time to purchase it. Did my research and what not . I have to clean my house atleast twice a day. With my X1 i dont have to worry about draggibg my vaccum around . Even if i am at the gym i ask it to do the job for me. The best part is that you can customize the cleaning. Also video call through the app. I mean it has so many advanced features that i are undesirable. Mopping and vaccum can be done together or one function by itself . I recommend getting total tech because i had a problem in my machine but was able to exchange it without a problem I highly recommend it.

Love the design and functionality, it's very easy to use and absolutely a must have! This vacuum keep busy and always keeps me informed of its progress and if it needs anything to keep going. Even if the battery starts to get too low, it knows to go charge and to resume once that charging cycle is complete. This bot has freed up so much time for the family to do other things. Having a large dog in the house (that sheds) has always been a constant cleaning chore, until now! My family and I absolutely LOVE this and recommend it to ANYONE looking to free up some time to make the same investment!

Love it, as we are climbing in bed Rosie deebot fires up, sweeping and moping our entire first floor of our home. Amazing how much it mops up daily. Can’t imagine how we lived without her for so long.

This is the best option I could find! I have had many vacuum robots but this one is The best for your bucket! It does not bump your furniture, it cleans with this rotating system in a way that no other does and it does a great job on self cleaning. Of course you need to remember it is a robot no you cleaning each inch of your house but it does an amazing job keeping the house clean. I have 2 little kids and 2 long hair dogs and my house is been cleaner than ever before ! I would give one of this to my family and best friends with close eyes because it really recommend it!

Over the years we’ve owned a few different brands of robot vacuums. When our last one decided to give out, I wanted to replace it with a vacuum/mop combo. After a lot of research we decided to spend a little extra and go with this model. This is probably the best thing we’ve purchased in a while! It’s made my life so much easier and our floors always feel so clean! I no longer have to spend my weekends cleaning floors due to having a young child and 3 dogs. We can just run this as often as we like. I highly recommend this if you’re looking to take some stress out of your life.

I can’t even begin to explain how amazing this is. Before this, I was using the Deebot T8+ and loved it, but this one is so much more advanced. So easy to set up, took less than 5 minutes. It mapped my house in less than 15 minutes, where the other one would have to clean the whole house in order to map it which could take 1.5 hours. I bought this a couple of days ago so I’m sure there will be issues with the app, but I have not regretted my purchase yet. I love having clean floors and love being able to walk with bare feet and with nice crumbs - which is hard with two young kids!

The robot works pretty well. I have both tile and wood floors. However, limiting the cleaning area to under 1000 sqft may be best. It often goes back for a water refill for mopping and drains the battery pretty fast. It is cumbersome to clean the bottom tray. They should redesign the dirty-water tray so that it can be pulled out.

I really enjoy having this product. Its easy to use and does what it says. I love that it vacuums and mops. Takes a load off.

Great product, especially if you have a pet. Vacuum and moping are good. however, you need to maintain/clean at least twice a month

It has been a good product and cleans well. The only reason I could not give it 5 stars is because at 7 months of use, the unit has stopped dispensing water to mop with. Customer Service has been great and in the process of shipping unit back for repair/replacement.

It's not perfect but it'sngreat help to y house cleaning, I love it! much better for me than roborock, just my opinion, where have this been

This vacuum is THE BEST THING EVER!!! Oh my gosh obsessed with this little thing! I have pets also and I’m OCD about cleanliness so this is a huge help!.. we have it set on a timer every morning at 8am, and it vacuums and mops for me every other day, and does such a good job! I’ve had other mop robots and vacuums but this one tops them all! So worth it also love that I can check in on my animals w the cam!

Easy to set up and use. The vacuum and floor washing are top notch.

Though this is one of the best Robo Vac + Mop available in the market today, but it still leaves a few things desirable for me. (1) It leaves circular motion mopping marks on the floor and (2) I have seen some issues while it cleans closer to the wall / edges.

I was skeptical purchasing a robot vacuum mop, and especially so purchasing one so expensive. But let me tell you, it cleans great. I have it run through my house once a day and the floors have been immaculate. Thats coming from someone who has 5 cats as well. Fully recommend, but if your skeptical go with a cheaper moduel

I replace an old T5 with this as I moved into a new ranch home and the square footage was too much for the old vacuum. The T5 would constantly lose its map or get stuck somewhere. This thing has been great. No issues whatsoever. The quick mapping feature is extremely helpful. The 3D feature I have not got to work right but I don't really care. I didn't think I would use the camera but it is kind of interesting to watch sometimes. The ease of switching between mopping and just straight vacuuming is very helpful. Even though this is expensive I don't regret the purchase. It has alleviated a lot of the frustration I had before I will say though I have been robot vacuuming since 2010 and so I know how to set up my home for a robot vacuum and all of my children are older. It does what it is supposed to do and is extremely low maintenance.
