    I had a prior counter top ice maker however it was the cylinder ice which always melted fast even in my good insulated cups. This machine makes fast what I call “Sonic ice”, has an excellent self cleaning system and I even purchased one for my daughter. Excellent product

    Where we live the water is really bad tasting so we use this ice maker with good water and helps keep our drinks tasting good. We use the fridge ice maker for ice chests etc.

    It makes the ice very quickly. The ice is in good, small cubes, and the machine comes with a scoop and bags for storage! I've only had to pull out the machine a few times, because it is easy to stock up on it. Would recommend.
