    We’ve had 5, count them FIVE ice machines! This one is the best one we’ve had. It’s not noisy and makes wonderful ice that’s chewable. I’d buy it again!

    Don't buy this or any other product from best buy online. Purchased this icemaker 30 days ago and it stopped working. Being a member i took it back to the store and they would not repair. Refund, or replace. Told me to contact the manufacturer and they wont stand by the product either. Im just out of luck. Best Buy stole $350 from me.

    Quit working after 3 months. The carriage that pushes the ice out started making a noise and then just quit working.

    Bought it June of 2025 it’s now august 2025 and it no longer makes ice. It also a one person ice machine. Not a good buy. Find a better machine

    Very disappointed. The machine made tiny ice cubes that all froze together in a useless clump. I want to return it.

    Great little ice machine, it works and makes ice decently, it is a little loud so we keep it in the back hall but not too loud to keep it in the kitchen if you need.
