Strategically placing your eeros is the single most important step you can take to ensure your system provides fast, reliable WiFi to your building. Here are some tips to follow: 1. Place eeros where they can talk to each other. 2. Place eeros on a hard, flat surface. 3. Keep your eeros out in the open. 4. Whenever possible, aim for direct line of sight between eeros. The fewer the walls between your eeros, the better. If this information doesn’t resolve your issue, call eero customer service at (877) 659-2347. They’re available Monday-Sunday 6am-8pm PT. We’ve not had any issues and when we’ve streamed movies we watch them like normal.

Our wi-fi reception in all parts of our home is now much better. The installation had a glitch, but was soon resolved by the installer. Many thanks.

The techs name was David and he di an excellent job in setting it up and explaining the system. I was very pleased with his knowledge and professionalism.

After a lot of research I decided on this. I couldn't be happier. No more crashes or loading issues. Very quick response time. Fairly easy to setup.

This is a spin-off product of Amazon and of course, this means that there are a lot of subscription-based applications that require a monthly fee to get the most out of these routers mesh.
