Required a Geek Squad member to optimize performance that was still not worth the purchase price. I still have week wifi performance in my 2400sf home.

For the spreading of the Wi-Fi is good heaven quite got to handle on the app for overall good quality

I came in to purchase a TP-Link AV600 Powerline Ethernet Adapter(TL-PA4010 KIT)- Plug&Play, Power Saving, Nano Powerline Adapter, Expand Home Network with Stable Connections. The sales person informed me that that was not one that was in stock. I was told that this was the exact same thing, I was expecting to pay $50.00 but it was much more. I decided to go ahead and buy them, I had driven 100 miles from Cleveland, Ms. I have attempted to set them up and I keep getting to the same step asking for money to use the device. I feel like I just threw away a $100.00,I was also sold two Ethernet cables only to find one in the box. I went in the store with no knowledge of electronics and depended on getting help for a $50.00 item and ended up spending $181.87 for merchandise that I didn’t need.

We added these two eero units to our eero pro 6 but one of them keeps disconnecting and I am unable to connect my laptop to wifi in that area of the home. some thing that is supposed to be so easy for out of the box use is not. I used to think i was savy but now i have to geek squad come set it all up again.

I am upstairs 20 feet from one of the units & my Fire Stick keeps freezing up. Thought it may be the stick so I ordered a new one with Alexa voice, it improved but did not solve all my issues.

This particular product appears to be an older model. I will look into a later model.

It works but i needed a tri band not a dual. Was disappointed it didnt improve my wifi connection like i hoped.

This has been a great addition to cover the ring cameras. Although Eero help said we should combine our current Wi-Fi with their network, we opted to keep our original Wi-Fi account and have a second just dedicated to the camera system, just to make sure it received enough of a signal to operate without any issues.

The Wi-Fi is still dropping off, I’ll have to change location to see if it works better. I think I need the three units to get better coverage.

Ultimately added 5 eero 6 mesh devices to my home network and still had 20MB throughput. Replaced with 3 orbi devices after multiple issues and am now seeing 500-750MB throughput consistently.

It’s okay. Nothing special. Connection gets spotty from time to time unfortunately

Helped boost my wifi signal but not to the level I hoped. Still had to hardwire my 86" TV directly to the ethernet port to avoid buffering and freezing.

Had to return them, they would not recognize my Canon Pixma Pro-100 and their technical department confirmed it wouldn’t connect due to the built in security.

Following instructions, setup was easy. However, the speed was super slow, and I had to call their support. Good news was their support was someone in the US, and excellent. Turned out the issue was I had the base and remote units too close together when starting up (<20'), which causes issues. It would be really nice if they could give you a heads-up in the instructions to avoid this.

Bought this mesh system, but it didn't work with the modem/router setup we were provided by our ISP. Decided to purchase just a WiFi 6 router instead.

The signal strength is not any better than it was before I purchased it.

This mesh system is ok but could be better. It could just be my wireless set up but I didn't find any difference between my current router and then adding these.

I installed several eero systems before, this model disappointed me, easy to install as usual but pretty bad internet speed, range is ok but not great. I returned it.

This Wi-Fi 6 Mesh system boosted my Wi-Fi speeds throughout my entire home and I can now enjoy streaming movies without constant buffering. I have a large metal safe in my office which was blocking my Wi-Fi signal to the rest of the house and now I don't have to move the safe.

Worked for a few days and then WiFi signal would go in and out.
