Bought this is Feb installed it in March after receiving it. Not too bad install, but ever since the mesh wifi loses connectivity with my Xfinity BB modem. It takes forever to get these two system working together again, much of my time lost in troubleshooting. And, we never know what the actual issue was. Happened three times already. Tech support points me to the newer version of Eero. Would love to trade this in for the newer one at a lower trade-in price. Don’t know if that’s possible.

Posted .Hi SusanC, I am sorry about the experience you have had with the eero 6+ system thus far. 1) Unplug your eeros for about 2 minutes.
2) Plug them back in, starting with the gateway.
3) Once they are powered on again, press the hard reset button on the gateway eero. Keep pressing it until you see a yellow light. Make sure not to press too long, as it will reset all the settings if the light goes red. 4) As soon as the light turns yellow, release and wait for the network to come back on. This might take few minutes. If these steps do not work, feel free to reach out directly to eero customer support at (877) 659-2347. Thank you for your feedback. I hope this information is useful.
