Was unable to get them to sync up. Gave up after a couple of hours. Very limited instructions.

It was very easy to install, and did its job. However, after 2 weeks the router stopped functioning even though my ISP had no outages. It continued to display a red LED and troubleshooting did not resolve the problem. I will be returning this router.

These seem to be weak Wi-Fi routers. I have a long and narrow ranch house, and I need in certain cases for these to be able to reliably transmit a signal as far as 35-40 feet. In some cases they lost contact at just 25. They work if you place one the next room over, but I don’t want to buy 9 of these, and even one room over I’m told I’m optimizing for range and not performance.

Re-posting on the dual unit. Horrible! I would never recommend eero products. We had issues from day one. We initially had our main cable wire go out from a storm. Xfinity came and fixed it and we still had issues and it was recommended that we get a new modem and router. We went to Best Buy and bought a dual eero pack and Netgear modem. Went home and did not get the speed as expected. Long story short and 4 visits from Xfinity and $100.00 in service fees, we were told it was the eero's. I went and purchased this additional one to "strengthen" the signal upstairs and still with 1GB service from Xfinity, we are only receiving 20 mbs for download and 18 for upload. After 4 hours, we still have yet to be reimbursed.

I am struggling with these eeros! They’ve been a nightmare at odd times of the day! I bought these to help me keep my network devices connected as well as my WiFi service to my phone and all the dropped calls , adding these eeros was supposed to fix it, it didn’t, I may return them

Not easy to set up. Too much online (over and over) and then download of different apps when the first doesn't work. In the end directions were to update iPhone that I purchased in 2023 in order for app to work properly.

Easy connection. The only way it would be better would be to have a better internet. I would recommend it.

Content filters do not work at all. Even with the filters on, I can still access websites that should be restricted. This router as a content filter is worthless. As a general internet router, it works fine. Setup is easy and the range is decent.

Im not sure what that’s happened to Internet access these days but I’m told you need to buy these things so that you can get The Internet that you’re actually paying someone else for! We purchased these and set them up exactly as directed but they don’t help even a little bit! Don’t waste your money! We actually should have a gig of Internet but most rooms in our house get very little Internet if any and nothing changes when you hook these up.

Unfortunately the product was not compatible with our internet service. The salesperson assured us otherwise. The other issue is that directions were online and very difficult to follow especially for us elderly. Geek squad would be too expensive to assist us.
