    This product works great, better than Google mesh system in my opinion because that’s what I switched from. Best Buy rep was helpful in explaining.

    The product sold by Best Buy was inadequate for my need. Had to upgrade to better, more expensive product and increase the number of units. Upgraded product works well. Best Buy associate needed to be more acknowledgeable. Geek Squad tech was great in helping resolve the issues.

    Very easy to connect and use. Sucks you gotta pay for the parental controls, but they have coupon codes online to help.

    Matt from Geek Squad installed this product for me. I am certainly glad he did as there were a few glitches along the way that I would have seriously struggled with on my own. The EERO system immediately boosted my Wi-FI reception to a point I had not ever seen before. I am grateful!! Thank you EERO and Matt at Best Buy.
