This is a nice device the only down part is you have to pay extra for services in order for your network to hold up and have good cellular service they need to let you know that in the beginning before you purchase it but it's not bad $300 for a year service I would recommend this

It should be made known right away that you have to contact their customer service to change a setting. I forget what the issue was but I was planning to return them as my internet kept shutting off and I made a final call to customer service, and the rep walked me right through the setting on my phone app

As a senior the installation instructions could have been better written for clarity. That said, once a question was answered by the Geek Squad installation was easy and the system worked great. My house is 114 years old and plaster walls blocked Wi-Fi signal that eero overcame. Very strong signal throughout house now.

These are amazing. If you want control over the internet in your home. This is it. You can type in a web page and knowbody can access it. You can shut the internet off if you want. Track all the bad stuff good stuff. VPN . You can allow more bandwidth to go to your kids gaming set up. It’s pretty cool.
