I bought this along with the AX1800 WiFi mesh system because the system only contained 1 hub with ethernet ports. $90 definitely feels a bit pricy for the quality of this item, especially considering that after a few days the internet speeds dipped down significantly. Unfortunately, due to remote work I didn't have many options, but if you're looking for a nice system, I'd recommend doing some research on alternate products.

Good connection to my existing eero Pro 6 but not great. Ended up spending the add'l $100 and got another eero Pro 6 for 2nd floor which gave me much better wireless connection speed.

We could not figure out how to use this device. We wanted to extend wifi to areas of the house that does not get a good signal. Maybe we bought the wrong product so we returned it.

Hello Margaret. Thank you for your feedback on the eero 6 Dual-band Mesh Wi-Fi 6 Router. I'm sorry to hear the device didn't work right out of the box and that your experience with customer support was disappointing. It's frustrating when a new product fails to function properly from the start, and being directed to contact your ISP rather than receiving direct troubleshooting assistance only adds to that frustration. Here are some common setup troubleshooting steps that can resolve initial connectivity issues with eero devices: ensure your modem is powered on and connected properly, restart both your modem and eero by unplugging them for 30 seconds, verify you're using the latest version of the eero app during setup, and confirm your internet service is active with your ISP. If you continue experiencing issues or need assistance with any Amazon products, Amazon Customer Support is available 24/7 at 1-888-280-4331. Thank you for sharing your feedback and have a great day. Wouldn't recommend if you're rocking an iPhone 12 plus. Gf had a lot of connectivity issues with it. I was fine on the Samsung though

Hi Nothappy. I’m sorry to hear that you're having trouble getting some of your devices connected to the eero 6 router. Devices that only operate on the 2.4 GHz band may need an extra step to get them up and running. You can use the eero app to temporarily hide the 5 GHz band while you get your 2.4 GHz devices connected. Open the eero app and tap “Settings” at the bottom of the home screen. Tap “troubleshooting” towards the bottom of the settings screen. Tap ”My device won’t connect.” Tap “Temporarily pause 5 GHz. This will pause the 5 GHz band for 15 minutes while you get your 2.4 GHz devices setup. If this doesn’t resolve the issue, please reach out directly to eero customer support at (877) 659-2347. Again, thank you for the feedback and have a great day! AmazonDevices

I haven't really noticed much of a difference with my Wi-Fi. Disney+ still freezes and drops connection occasionally, even with the Eero.

Horrible! I would never recommend eero products. We had issues from day one. We initially had our main cable wire go out from a storm. Xfinity came and fixed it and we still had issues and it was recommended that we get a new modem and router. We went to Best Buy and bought a dual eero pack and Netgear modem. Went home and did not get the speed as expected. Long story short and 4 visits from Xfinity and $100.00 in service fees, we were told it was the eero's. I went and purchased this additional one to "strengthen" the signal upstairs and still with 1GB service from Xfinity, we are only receiving 200 mbs for download and 18 for upload. After 4 hours, we still have yet to be reimbursed.

The product does the work well. But when you need that extra security features it comes with a big price which you can find in other competitors free of charge. One time cost would even had been fine but a subscription is pricey
