    The step by step phone based installation process was extremely well done. I had one question and left an email and called not sure which would get answered first. I was shocked to talk to a real knowledgable person as well as receive a clear response to my email. The product works great, and I highly recommend, even if you are not a network expert.

    They seem to work well. The only problem I have with them is every time you plug in electronics to the ethernet ports on the eero you have to reboot them.
