    weak signal????

    Followed directions but some items will not hold on to WIFI signal even though it reconnects when I ask it to.

      Hi Ratz40. Thank you for your feedback on the eero 6+ system. I'm sorry to hear that some of your devices have had trouble maintaining a signal. Each eero 6+ node provides coverage up to 1,500 sq. ft. Depending on the layout of your home and the materials used in its construction, more eeros could be needed. For now, here are some troubleshooting steps that may remedy your issue: 1. If you're noticing signal drops on a particular eero node, power cycle your eero. If the signal drops on all eeros on the network, power cycle all of your eeros. You'll do this by unplugging the power cable from the back of your eero, waiting 30 seconds, and plugging it back in. This step can sometimes fix connectivity issues. 2. Unplug the power cable from your modem, wait 30 seconds, then plug it back in. If this information doesn’t resolve your issue, call eero customer service at (877) 659-2347. They’re available Monday-Sunday 6am-8pm PT. I hope this helps. Have a great day! AmazonDevices

    Little disappointed as the cell reception in our house does not seem much better than without these 3 devices.

      Hi AaronN. Thank you for your feedback on the eero 6+ system. I'm sorry to hear that you're still having issues with WiFi calling. If your eero signal is showing as strong on your cell phones, you’ll want to go into your phone settings and turn Wi-Fi Calling off and then on again.     You can't switch channels but it has a legacy mode you can turn on to connect your laptop if it cannot find the wi-fi at first. Pretty good has been working pretty good for me

    They seem to be helpful. Our new LG TV has indicated it is not getting descriptive signal. We are on fiber at max speed.

    Keeps my family and I connected all throughout my house! The only reason did not get perfect score, have to call support to get 3rd connected.
