I was expecting a little better performance being the plus edition. I get 700 down at the main router and between 50-100 from the satellites. I ended up buying an extra satellite to get the range I needed. I’ll keep this system for 2 - 3 years and then upgrade with a system with a Wi-Fi 6 back haul. I recommend it only if you can catch it on sale.

Worked with my IPS and it was not them or the modem. After calling and emailing Eero multiple times over the course of a month and doing everything they asked me to do multiple times, I finally asked for a replacement since it was still within the warranty. Now I’m getting the runaround for the replacement. The person that was supposed to call me never called even though I gave his confirmation in writing. Now I’m asking for a call back and they won’t give me a timeframe for which they’ll call me back. I’m thinking they’re hoping that the warranty will run out. Obviously the unit I have is a lemon.

Right now most of my devices are connecting to the main node with only a couple connecting to the other nodes. For better throughput would prefer to balance the devices connecting to each node.

Want to love this for solving our wi-fi across our home (3k sq ft), but cant rate higher until this is resolved.

I'd recommend reaching out to eero's support team at 1-877-659-2347 or through the eero app - they can walk you through placement optimization and troubleshooting steps that might make a significant difference. Sometimes repositioning the nodes or adjusting settings can transform performance.
If the system truly isn't compatible with your specific setup or service needs, eero support can also help determine if there's a better solution for your situation.

Posted .Hi Anonymous. Thank you for providing feedback on your experience with the eero 6+ system. I'm sorry to hear about the connection drops. I understand hoe frustrating it is to randomly loose internet signal. Here are some troubleshooting steps that may remedy your issue: 1. If you're noticing signal drops on a particular eero node, power cycle your eero. If the signal drops on all eeros on the network, power cycle all of your eeros. You'll do this by unplugging the power cable from the back of your eero, waiting 30 seconds, and plugging it back in. This step can sometimes fix connectivity issues. 2. Unplug the power cable from your modem, wait 30 seconds, then plug it back in. If this information doesn’t resolve your issue, call eero customer service at (877) 659-2347. They’re available Monday-Sunday 6am-8pm PT. I hope this helps. Have a great day!

I dont live in a house made of concrete, and yet my basement gets weak wifi. Heck....when I seat beside the wifi, it only 3 bars! Go figure!

I often have to re-start the system because the direct wired tv's will not get a signal?? The second transmitter is also hard wired and only shows that it is on wifi??
