Had to upgrade to better, more expensive product and increase the number of units. Upgraded product works well. Best Buy associate needed to be more acknowledgeable. Geek Squad tech was great in helping resolve the issues.

I am certainly glad he did as there were a few glitches along the way that I would have seriously struggled with on my own. The EERO system immediately boosted my Wi-FI reception to a point I had not ever seen before. I am grateful!! Thank you EERO and Matt at Best Buy.
