From the app-based control panel, you can control most of the basic settings as well as set up as a new device. That being said, it does lack many advanced features that you can find in routers of this same price point, such as choosing to separate the 2.4 and 5GHz bands, or choosing antenna power, or the channel. I do fully understand that having the more simplistic approach makes it less daunting for people who are not as technically savvy, but some of these advanced features would have been handy, as well as having a web interface. My two main gripes otherwise are that it does not have enough wired Ethernet ports as well as the software updates are automatic, meaning they cannot be installed on a chosen time/day for installation.

I got double the square footage needed and it solved my concrete wall issue. Plus the two pack saves you more.

BUT it does not provide simple access control for Apple Iphones and Ipads because of Apple's security feature that randomly changes their MAC address. You have to turn off this feasture for the home network on each device, separately.

I have great internet coverage all over the home. The placement of the wired Eero is crucial to making the complete coverage but as long as you follow the recommended guidelines, the mesh network works very well.

The original signal was installed and was not reaching all the devices in the house due to house size, and ever since EERO system was installed like previously mentioned has made a huge difference.

Although, I do need to be clear that there is a slight improvement. Not acceptable for the cost of the gear IMO. Our problem is we can’t access the search engines very well.

I appreciate that you acknowledged there was some improvement, but I completely understand—"slight improvement" for the price you paid is not the experience we want you to have. You deserve a noticeable difference, especially when it comes to something as essential as accessing the internet reliably.
The good news is that the eero 6+ is capable of much more than what you're currently experiencing, and there are several things that could be limiting its performance. Here are some steps that may help unlock its full potential:
Placement matters — Make sure your eero units are placed in open areas, elevated off the floor, and away from walls, metal objects, and other electronics. Ideally, the second unit should be placed halfway between your gateway eero and the area with the weakest signal
Check your ISP speeds — Run a speed test directly from the eero app to see what speeds your internet provider is delivering to the gateway eero. If those speeds are low, the issue may be with your ISP rather than the eero system
Restart your modem and eero network — Unplug your modem for 30 seconds, plug it back in, then restart your eero network through the app
Reduce interference — If you have other routers or access points still active, disable them. Competing networks can cause interference and degrade performance
Update firmware — Ensure your eero units are running the latest software by checking the eero app under Settings

We have one upstairs and one downstairs but the other side of the house needs one and it would be perfect.

Though, keep in mind, speed is determined by quality of connection and modem over your router.

Unfortunately, many of my devices would lose internet connection which drove me crazy. I have Wi-Fi 6 devices but my Google nest wifi is giving me faster speeds constantly plus none of my devices lose internet.

While this system doesn't allow manual selection to lock devices to only 2.4GHz, this automatic switching is intentional to balance speed and range across your network. The 2.4GHz band does provide better wall penetration and longer range, while 5GHz offers faster speeds at shorter distances. I have always had problems with weak WIFI. Running multiple extenders did not help. Had the eero 6+ for about a month now and it has been great.
