Easiest WiFi to set up that I've ever encountered. I like to have static IP's for some devices and it can add them without having to reboot for 10 minutes (looking at you, Netgear Orbi) and everything is managed right from your phone. I do wish it had a web-based option but honestly I haven't found anything I wanted to do with this thing that I couldn't do from their app. Coverage is enough with 2 of these to cover a 2000 sq.ft. home with no dead zones, have had no signal issues or disconnects yet. Definitely would buy this again.

I had never heard of this brand before, but after talking to Alexia, an extremely knowledgeable associate at Best Buy, I decided to try it. So glad I did. I have 1 pod connected to the modem and another one at the other end of the house. Wifi is strong, fast, and consistent no matter where you are, even the basement and garage.

Definitely a top tier product for those needing just a simple, yet effective internet provider throughout your home. At times, It is just scraping by being practical, but while I do not like the subscription-based service making it not able to utilize its amazing features, it does its job when it able to be left to its own devices.

Hello BigNate42. Thank you for your feedback on the eero 6+ system. I appreciate you sharing your experience with the product's performance and features. I'm glad to hear that the eero 6+ is providing effective internet coverage throughout your home and serving as a reliable mesh WiFi solution for your needs. Regarding your comment about the subscription-based service, I want to clarify the eero system's feature structure. Without any subscription, you get full mesh WiFi coverage, automatic updates, network management through the eero app, and essential security features at no additional cost. The system handles device connections, band steering, and network optimization automatically, ensuring your home stays connected. The optional eero Plus subscription provides advanced features including enhanced security with threat blocking and content filtering, ad blocking across your network, access to VPN services by Guardian, and password management through 1Password. However, these are premium add-ons rather than requirements for the system to function effectively. If you're finding the performance "just scraping by being practical" in certain areas, here are some optimization strategies that might help maximize your system's effectiveness:1. Place eeros where they can talk to each other. 2. Place eeros on a hard, flat surface. 3. Keep your eeros out in the open. 4. Whenever possible, aim for direct line of sight between eeros. The fewer the walls between your eeros, the better. If this information doesn’t resolve your issue, call eero customer service at (877) 659-2347. They’re available 7 days a week from 6am PT to 8pm PT. I hope this helps. Have a great day! AmazonDevices

We needed an extension for our existing eero system and this one fit the bill. We use it as a second plug in point for laptops with ethernet connections - just to stabilize the connection since we're in a rural area. Took about five minutes to set up with our network and most of that time was running the ethernet cable.

Exceptionally good quality wireless router. Bought to supplement the wireless router provider by my internet provider which was very poor even with "extenders". Centrally located allows this router to send wireless signals throughout my entire house on all three levels. Speed and strength are quite good too.

So far so good! I installed this after the Wi-Fi on my nether nighthawk ac1900 started giving me slower speeds. Now I have a bit more speed than what I pay for (500mbps with Spectrum). I do like that I can see the threat blocks, and control devices right from the app. Very easy set up. Really solid WiFi router and plan to get this for my Mom’s house.

6+ Mesh Wifi that's easy to use

This is our first Mesh Wifi system and was taken back at how small they actually are. Out of the box they are easy to use and understand when you download the eero app. A downside though is that you can't access the router from a normal desktop on the network...and if you don't use their yearly sub...you're limited on controls and security options that normally come with a "big" Router. Overall I am happy with how they are performing. Its nice to see all the devices and assign those devices to profiles/people.

Works well and the best part was that BEST BUY did a price adjustment as the product went cheaper w/in 30 days of purchase. We needed this product to be able to have TDS in our home, even though the main modem is in the next room.

Took them out of their box (really nice packaging), placed them in three discreet spots and have not lost signal even once. These things make me take back everything bad that i have said about spectrum internet... I had thought my horrible download speeds and constant drops in internet through wi fi and a cable where due to bad service, but i was happily proven wrong!

I bought a three pack because my house has concrete walls and it works perfectly, from the first floor to the third floor terrace. Also, I now get to use the full speed of my ISP plan. Definitely recommend.

Works great. Provides high speed internet throughout the house. One downside however is the inability to choose 2.4 or 5ghz for specific devices. The system “knows best” and provides the device what it thinks it needs. We had to hardwire our TVs in because it kept trying to put them on 2.4 and the tvs would only work properly without buffer on 5.

My Eero has made my connection stable again

My Eero units have been stable internet mesh points that rarely require any rebooting or messing around once set up. The setup process is quite simple, and the app walks you through the step-by-step process. When connected and set up, the Wifi coverage is stable, fast and seamless and just that it works everywhere without dropouts. The onboard parental controls, as part of Eero Secure, are an extra cost. Still, they come packed with useful tools to help protect your internet experience and provide a margin of reassurance on data usage and reporting. I love the per-device restrictions and customisation available to the end user. This is significantly better than other options on the market, and Eero makes this part of the experience enjoyable, and it is detailed enough that one can pair it down to individual devices. In my situation, the new Eero 6+ allows me to expand the network easily. The availability of ethernet ports on the back of the mesh nodes means I can easily access and expand my wired network by connecting it over the WiFi network. Even though my internet speeds are far slower than the 1 gigabit, most of my data transmission is internal, and that's where the added bandwidth provided by the Eero 6+ comes in handy. The new routers support higher WiFi bandwidth that allows for greater speeds on my internal network, all while handling the internet. Internally the new Eero 6+ supports Ax3000, which equates to about 600 Mbps in the 2.4 GHz band and 2400 Mbps in the 5 GHz band. This means more available speed to share between your devices and within your network. Overall WiFi transfer speeds doubled over the internal network, and the internet still was as fast as it was before, but that's because I have a 200 Mbps internet connection.

completely ditch your isp wifi 6 signal and go for this. it is flawless in my 2300 sqft home (2 story) from trading to streaming to gaming i have no issue with this system. Also for that that want to be physically tethered into the network this offers that as well.

This was an impulse buy based upon the age of our last "system". The mesh setup was easy to setup and use and even found out that some of our Echos in the house also acted like a repeater! Can easily hold a connection to all the stuff we have in the house. The app is easy to use, and easy to modify if I need to set up guest wireless, or other features.
