We have a 2 story, 2,900 sq ft house and the coverage is great. It allowed us and our 3 adult kids to all be on the internet at the same time with no performance issues. Highly recommend.

However the ease of use and functionality along with the newest technology and soooo many other useful features thru the app. I would say it is very much worth every penny. Never going back!

We only use it for wifi but I strongly recommend the 3 piece device for your wifi needs. better yet, setup is a snap.

I bought (4) four more. I am very pleased.

Connecting Amazon Echo devices to eero mesh networks can occasionally require specific setup steps due to how Echo devices handle network authentication and band steering. Here's comprehensive guidance to help you and others who may experience similar issues: 1. During initial Echo setup, temporarily disable the 5 GHz band in your eero app settings, leaving only 2.4 GHz active. Many Echo devices prefer connecting to 2.4 GHz during initial setup. Do this in the eero app by tapping on Settings > Troubleshooting > 'My device won't connect', then tapping on the "Temporarily pause 5GHz" button. This will disable 5GHz for 10 minutes, which can help with setting up some 2.4GHz only devices. 2. Avoid special characters, spaces at the beginning or end, or very long network names, as these can sometimes cause issues with Echo device connectivity. 3. When adding Echo devices, ensure you're physically close to an eero unit during setup. Place the Echo within 10-15 feet of an eero for initial configuration, then move it to its permanent location once connected. 4. Getting minimum 150mbps even in the areas farthest away from any node. Well worth it for multi layered homes and homes with detached garages or guest homes

I set these up to work with the Verizon gateway and my range and speeds are great.

Do not stop midway through setting up one of the units, its a pain to reset it and start over.
