It would be nice if the devices could be deleted, instead of blocked when no longer needed. Only issue we have had- overheating at times and not working properly. Unplug and plug back after 30 minutes and good to go.

Did experience a glitch finishing the set-up but customer service was excellent. Able to use the old router to extend the range.

Also don’t have to pay $12.50 a month for theirs. I don’t have a big place so I probably just went with one. They have pretty good coverage.
