Eero 6 is solid!

I has done it's job with no need to contact customer support. It replaced a NetGear product that was an absolute nightmare! So far so good. The coverage is really good in a 2 story home with the main router on the other side of the house. It does support multiple devices as touted with no issues

Works well but expected faster

I have FiOS gigabit Ethernet and was expecting closer to rated speeds 900M/b) but only got around 400M/b via WiFi. Both directly connected devices via Ethernet and speed tests from the router were much closer to gigabit speed. A little disappointed with the performance but otherwise works well. If you want faster speeds consider the pro or dedicated access points.
